It's the perfect time of the year to sit back and think over the things that you want Santa Claus to give you this year. I've been a bit of a good girl, so I think I deserve one or two out of my 3 top wishlist (as of now..more to add later). :)

IPOD TOUCH

I can't really decide which to choose - the black one or the white one. It just all boils down that I want an IPOD TOUCH. Be it for next year, as a birthday gift for myself. Basta I want one next year.. but I'm considering this as one of my Christmas wishes. I hope I can have one. :) The fastest way perhaps is for me to have a credit card and swipe it all the way inside Powermac store.

CANON DIGITAL CAMERA

I don't know which one to choose but both of these two fits my budget. I want a new digicam since my old digicam is too old the quality of the pictures are not that oh-so nice. I am photographer at heart who uses digicams and not SLRS so please give me a digicam this Christmas.

EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE

Our PC memory is too occupied already and I still have lots of music, movies and TV series to download. I need an external hard drive for all my photos and files that needs to be secure and should be just within my reach. I was searching the net and I found this Seagate 500 Gb external hard drive which only costs P4000 ++. Not bad, isn't it?

I guess I still have lots of wishes to come.. I just haven't thought of it yet. Stay tune! :)

Penshoppe Fashion Show / Thai Invasion

I've been very much looking forward for Thai invasion in Manila ever since I've got news that Mario Maurer will come here to be the latest ambassador of Penshoppe. I'm not really a BIG fan of Mario, but when I saw his pics which flooded my FB wall, I fell in love with him instantly!

Thank God, we're able to get passes for Penshoppe Fashion show today at SMX convention center.

A chance to meet and greet Roger Federer

I am a big fan of Roger Federer and the thought of meeting him in person always excites me. My only way to see him live is to watch one tennis grand slam or ATP tournament. I've got to have lots and lots and lots of money in order to pay for my plane fare, hotel accommodation, food, game tickets and other more expenses. I guess my savings are NOT REALLY enough as of the moment.

So when Credit Suisse gave Roger Federer's fans to meet and greet him, I never let the opportunity pass. I joined their simple contest which will yield so much of a great prize! I just voted for my favourite ending of Credit Suisse's ad campaign which features Roger Federer, and viola! I got the chance to win a meet and greet in LONDON (which includes business class flight, and accommodation in a top-class hotel.)

OMG! I'll be the happiest girl in the world if I win this. I won't be asking for anything if this precious prize will be given to me. I've been a good girl this year and hopefully Santa will give me a gift that I truly deserve. This is the gift that I am eyeing on. London trip, Roger Federer meet and greet... what more can I ask for. :)

Westlife to split-up?

I honestly wanted to cry when I first read ABS-CBN news twitter account tweeted that Westlife is going there "separate ways" after 14 long years of success in the music industry.

I was busy with my office work stuffs when I read it and I was like shocked and froze like ice for a minute or two. I don't know if I'll cry or what. It's just soo sad to let go a significant part of your childhood too soon.

I'm even convincing myself na "yeah, they'll split-up pero they'll be back din. It's like a break siguro". I read one article before which states that they'll go for a 2 year break and they'll be back with a brand new album. But still, it pains to think that you'll not be able to see them as a group. They'll go on and pursue their own ventures, but still Shane, Nicky, Mark and Kian is Westlife for me. :'(

Bye Westlife! I'll be forever a fan! :)

Now, I'm looking forward to seeing them solo. Sana lang umabot sa Philippines yung solo ventures nila. :)

The weirdest dream ever

I got the weirdest dream today.
And what's weirder is that I woke up 3 times in between and managed to continue what I'm dreaming about.

I don't know if I'm gonna be shy about it, but I dreamt of having a relationship with Shane Filan of Westlife and we were hanging around Duty Free with other Westlife guys, shopping for our loved ones.

Of all places to hang out? Why do my dreams chose at Duty Free? haha! But what's cool is that I loved the feeling that I am the girlfriend of Shane Filan because I'm head over heels in love with him and his voice right now after seeing him during their concert in Manila.

I have confessed that I wanted someone like him when I got married. Someone who looks like him. Someone who can sing and dance well like him. Lord, please grant me that guy I'm praying to you right now. I'm willing to wait, as long as you'll give me the guy that I deserve. A guy like Shane! ♥

Purely Westlife mode!

I've been telling myself that I don't need to make this blogpost but I can't resist myself.
Sheez this sudden *Westlife fanatic* mode is soo back on me! And I'm listening to Westlife songs while doing this blog entry, omygod.

So what happened (to me) after Westlife's Gravity Tour in Manila?

I followed Shane Filan, "@ShaneFilan79", Kian Egan "@KianEganWL", Nicky Byrne "@nickybyrneoffic" and Brian Mcfadden "@BrianMcfadden" on twitter. Mark Feehily is an exception because I followed him waaaaay before they get here to have their concert. Mark was my first ever crush so he deserved my first follow from the group! ♥
I've been listening to their songs since Friday, over and over again! And I still haven't downloaded some of their CDs. I'm just listening to their 1st to 3rd album.
I've downloaded from youtube all their music videos, burned it to a CD and will plan to watch it on our DVD player sometime soon. And the funny part, I was kilig all over when I was watching the videos. All my nonsense desire to them 12 years ago came back to me again. I was having a Westlife crush / craze again. ♥
I read some articles about them. From their marriage to their children. I was like having my own dreamland that I'll have my own Westlife guy soon.

This is not good, me thinks! But I'm liking it. And who cares actually.. some of my friends are actually on the same phase like me. I honestly didn't realize that Westlife did a BIG impact on me. :)

Westlife Gravity Tour strikes Manila!

I never thought I'd be still such a great fan, not until I watched Westlife's concert in Manila yesterday! ♥

Sold-out tickets for Westlife's Gravity tour here in Manila, they surely rocked their Filipino fans.. the same way they rocked my pre-teen life 12 years ago. Now that I'm 22 years old, I can say that I grew up with Westlife. From their songs to music videos, photos and current news updates - I admit that I was one of the avid fans ever! And please read that I'm still around 9 to 10 years old that time. They got me through my grade school days and grew up singing their songs!

Yes, I am an avid fan and I can't believe that it's my first time to watch their concert. How's that of becoming an avid fan? When I first heard about their gravity tour concert, I looked up at the heavens and prayed that concert tickets will come my way, and God never failed me! I was able to watch them live - and I'm the happiest lady ever! :)

Their first song was "When You're Looking Like That" and the crowd when gaga over them - including me and my friend! I was like jumping and screaming and singing altogether, which is a sign of great happiness! Westlife was like the best boy band ever (for me) and I love them all! When I think of Westlife, I think of how my love for music ~~and boys~~ started! My heart was super kilig when I saw them singing and dancing! The perks of watching a boy band concert! They make the girls love them more. :)

My childhood crush was Mark Feehily and Brian Mcfadden, now I go for Shane Filan and Nicky Bryne. ♥♥♥ True to the saying that as you grow older, you change your preferences. All throughout the concert, I think they costume-changed 4 to 5 times which made them all look more handsome. I want guys that dress-up and sing like Westlife. I want my own Westlife guy! :)

Look at Shane's Mickey and Minnie Mouse t-shirt. Super lovely like him! :) You got the best voice and it never fails for me to love and scream MORE for it!

OMG Nicky! You are the most improved Westlife guy ever! AWARD! ♥

Markus Feehily, what happened? I know we can be sisters now but you are my ultimate crush when I was young! You've got the cutest eyes and smile I've ever laid my eyes on. You're still cute though and girls are still screaming for you last night.

Dear Kian, you still look the same, didn't aged that much! I can actually copy-paste your face from the Kian I've seen 12 years now to present. :) So sweet of you to video the Manila crowd while you guys were singing, sweet guy!

The concert was a blast! Westlife sang songs that are not their originals. Like Viva La Vida by Coldplay and Bad Romance of Lady Gaga. They sang it while wearing those Disney inspired / Mickey and Minnie Mouse get-up. And then they made us do the "Manila Wave" which is soo cool as well! Reminds me of my UAAP game days! Actually Smart-Araneta Coliseum was jam-packed , as in super daming tao.

We were at Upper A seats by the way and I actually liked it better than at the Patron side where we were usually at. Better view = less hassle. At Patron side kasi, people in front of you tend to stand talaga and even stand at the top of their chairs. Super unlucky if the person in front of you is a big guy, little chance of seeing the performers clearly. At least at Upper A, or best at Lower box, you'll be able to see them well and actually in lower ticket prices.

Every good thing must come to end but everything went really well as they sang "Uptown Girl" at the end (yes with choreography). The best BOY BAND concert I've been to, as in! Memories kept rushing back to me which made me realize that I am proud to be a Westlife fan. Everything's so vivid right now. All of a sudden, I'm the old, or rather young Marielle who listens and watch Westlife music videos. I do hope ABS-CBN and Dayly entertainment can make them come back again. Westlife Mania is still ON and we're craving for MORE! :)

2011 UAAP Cheerdance Competition

It's been a bad UAAP cheerdance year for UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe as they finished 4th this year.
Just when you thought na kayang bawiin ng Salinggawi ang korona after 4 year title drought during UST's 400th year celebration, dun pa napunta sa 4th place. I actually hate number 4 now! :(

I am all HANDS and FEET up for UP Pep Squad. They really nailed it this year and proved that they deserve to defend their title from last year's championship. FEU actually did, "so-so" hence it's fine to be placed 3rd but for UST having missed out on the top 3? That is not acceptable.

Okay, bitter na kung bitter.. but UST Salinggawi should be given the place rightful for their performance. I mean, it's not really the "WOW" and "OMG!" factor of performance, but compared to other teams.. they should have placed 2nd or 3rd. NOT 4TH!

Infairness to UST's flawless and clean routines, amazing stunts and props - they are still my favorite! And in order to give myself enough reason and justice for this blog post / rant of mine, I made a bit of analysis on why UST landed on the 4th spot and why they should have been on the top 3 instead.
Reasons why you just have to give UST the 2nd or the 1st place:-clean routines-crisp stunts and uniform movements (walang naliligaw or nagkakagulo during their performance)- cool props - the kind of props none of the other universities have used during the past years.- Who would have thought they can bring in UST's Main Building inside Araneta Coliseum? Plus the dominican priest at the end part was cool and fun as well!- Energetic cheerdancers, all out performance.NOTE: Please be guided that these reasons are the same reasons why UST should be in the position of the team who placed 2nd this year.
Reasons wht UST didn't win:-maybe the judges are a bit racist? Because of the cross thing in front of UST's costume - the judges might have some issues about it. Take note that the chosen judges are not here from the Philippines. If I'm not mistaken, most of them are from other countries who excelled in the field of gymnastics, dancing and the likes. (JUST AN OPINION)- UST's performance was honestly boring during the beginning. I myself was like "yun na yun?" but they nailed it on the end part.- Maybe the judges didn't get what the 400 at the end part meant. They should have researched or something. Judges might be a bit lost? (JUST AN OPINION)- The chosen music was not really cool. I don't like the music at all.- Salinggawi's movements are a bit slow. Not unlike UP which has the aggressiveness and "oomph" factor from beginning til end.
So okay, I'm having an open mind here and I can say that UST did a far better job last year than this year. I felt like they performed quite safely today - the aggressiveness and fast movements were all gone. How I wish the same old Salinggawi troupe will come back next year. The years where Non-Stop ice cream was still the sponsor, the years were Espana always has the glory.
But with all these, UST should have won at least a place. I'm not contesting on UP's capabilities. They deserve to be on top. But for others, I just can't really say enough!

Color Me Badd / All 4 One Concert

I know this is suuper late, but still worth to blog!

Born in between late 80's and early 90's, I can say that I know some songs that surfaced the music era way back my childhood. All I can remember is that my Mom used to turn on our radio cassette and switch to her favorite FM radios station where all the latest (and maybe some of her favorite songs that time) are playing. One thing I'm sure of is that songs those years are mellow with a pinch of pop and fast beat. Now kasi, mostly songs are not that good to listen too. Most of them are just plain noise.

Last wednesday, September 7, is the concert of Color Me Badd and All 4 One at Araneta Coliseum. I'm not really a fan of them because in the first place I;m not familiar with their bands but I know quite well some of their songs most especially those that really topped the music charts.

They did some tribute to Michael Jackson as well. :) But still, MJ will do the best performance ever!

We did something really funny during the concert. Due to some boring moments brought about by the fact that we don't really know some of their songs, we matched their faces with the music videos that we're shown on the wide screen at the back - meaning music videos way back 90's, the era where girls are all screaming for them. Some of them REALLY changed A LOT - in terms of weight and appearance but their voices still remained the same.

And this is us. ENJOYING! :)

Movie Review: CARS 2

I am not really a fan of CARS (meaning cars itself, such as the ones in the road), thus the reason why I didn't watch the movie CARS when I was still a bit younger compared today. I hear about Lightning Mcqueen, but only Lightning Mcqueen.. the other remained unknown to me.

So last Friday me and my officemate decided to have TGIF movie nights. And since there isn't any good movie now (except Crazy, Stupid, Love which I've already watched with my college friends), we decided to go back to being kids again and watch CARS 2.

Believe me or not, if I didn't stop myself, I might fell asleep in the middle of the movie. It might be best to watch CARS 2 in 3D but your money will not be that worth it. The movie is cute.. but that just stop there. There's a moral story (more of revolving about the essence of friendship) but it also stops there. I bet kids loved them as obvious to what some of the kids reacted during the movie.

It's not the kind of cartoons that adults like me will love. It's perfect for kids only.

But, infairness, this really made me laugh!

So here I am polishing my nails at the back of someone using some random social networking site when she suddenly opened facebook, key in her username and password (with a bit of moving sideward in order to hide her password). I am the only living person with her on that moment so in that case it means she thinks I am sneaky trying to steal her password and do something with her facebook account.

So what does that mean? Am i really that kind of person? gademet. I don't have any intention of stealing that stupid password and sneak into her account because there's nothing really worthy to steal in the first place. I know it's a password, but please... stop moving sideward as if getting protective from someone who might steal it.

I WILL NEVER EVER GET THAT. NO INTENTIONS, WHATSOEVER!

That sudden... ( i can't explain what)

That sudden... (i can't exactly explain what) came rushing into me when i saw that itsy bitsy heart icon (just like this ---> ♥) on top of his profile found on that very popular book in SNS today. It wasn't there last Friday or even last week because I checked that first thing before looking at his pictures. That made me sad, honestly. But, why be sad? Everything's still possible. And, besides, David Archie is still single. :)

That sudden (i can't exactly explain what) came rushing into me when I saw that he got like 3 gfs this year? Like she's 1 then there's the other 1 and another 1 earlier this year. O_O Okay.. starting to get turned off now. From 85% to 80% level of admiration.

That sudden (i can't exactly explain what) came rushing into me when I saw that his birthday is somewhat between December 8 to 10. Same birthday as my first crush / love ever. Another Sagitarrian huh? All men who fall under Sagitarrius are not meant for me. They are meant to be just MY friends or mere decorations in my life.

Crazy, Stupid Love

Crazy Stupid Love is a movie for all those who were heart broken but still believes that there's hope in every broken relationship.

The word for me in this movie is the word "try".

Nothing's impossible unless you try. And effort is the number 1 factor in making all these trying possible.

It's true! Because as long as you love somebody, no matter how hard it is, you'll make an effort to be part again of this person amidst all the rejections and problems that each of you is and will be encountering.

Ryan Gosling was the real hottie in this movie.

People in the cinema (including me sometimes and my friends) were screaming and were "aaawwwww"-ing everytime Ryan Gosling gets focused or his abs were featured.

He's the most handsome ever. ♥

Steve Carell is funny as always, but in fairness to him he's still cute in his age.

I really love this movie and will rate it as a "must-see" 9/10.

You'll love the unexpected twist during the end part of the movie.

You'll cry with the drama of how love really makes one crazy, stupid and human all at the same time.

You'll laugh because of Steve Carell and other celebrities starred in this film.

And finally, you'll fall in love because everyone of us wants to get loved no matter how things fall not into place. I do believe in the saying that

"There's no such things as ONE TRUE LOVE",

but I believe in destiny, fate and patience that love will find our ways. :)

I blocked a friend in facebook, and it's my first time to do it.
Because I deleted the other one. (HAHA!)
Facebook is someone's medium to share the things that you've done or is doing at the moment and no one should ever criticize or make some nonsense / undesirable comment about it.
One of my ~~friend~~ ex friend used to comment on me nicely just a couple of months ago.
But now, she is just the rudest ever. She did it to me for the 3rd time and I've had enough.
So now, SHE IS BLOCKED!
And thankful about it because she really deserves it.

CHANGE TOPIC:
Me and my friends went out today for a movie / dinner date. We watched Crazy, Stupid Love starring Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling. ♥ I'll be posting a different blog post for my insights about the movie, so stay tuned!
On a different note, we met up with one of our long lost college girlfriends! We funnily name it as the "Return of Maann" because we missed her more than a year until today. Thank God she's no longer busy with all her work. Work nga ba?

As soon as you've been part of our group, you'll always be asked about your lovelife and Maann was placed in hotseat for today. hahahaha! I just can't get it lang kasi she likes someone in the office but then she kept on thinking about her work and something like she'll get distracted.
Isn't it your crush is your number one inspiration to keep you moving and continue work?
I'm not really in support with Maann's decision about it because she might be losing lots of opportunity that may not happen again in a milliom years.
But she said she's not a risk taker when it comes to love.

I'm vastly different. I risk love and prepare myself from getting hurt.
I've experienced it twice... and I'm not yet ready to have another round of it.
I just pray to God that someday he'll give someone like the guy I met during our senior prom.
Because up until now I regret some things that had happened that should never happen in the first place. :(

I'm really happy! I saw my crush on facebook!
I mean, OMG! My stalker functions are still working! I am the happiest girl today.
BUT MAYBE NOT.
Because I found out that he is from the land of the green archers.
Eh I've got phobia not with them. Most especially with that a**hole guy whom I met more than a year ago.
I honestly admit that my feelings of admiration for this guy was broken down from 90% to 80%.
Still not bad? High average for my feelings.
Eh kasi naman, he is soo nice, he got those eyes that makes me smile whenever I see it. (Yes, it's because of his contact lenses maybe?). And he looks like my first crush / first love / first cry way back highschool days.
This might sound melodramatic but I don't really want to associate those persons that I've met before (meaning persons from my past) to those whom i just met recently, but they do actually look the same. I swear!

I do hope and pray that everything happens slowly so that it won't fade at once. <3
I need an inspiration to continue life everyday! Thank goodness I found one. :)

Random rant for the day!

This rant was supposed to be ranted last Tuesday, August 16. But since I don't have enough time, today may be the best for it. But if ever I blogged about it on that same day that "it" happened, this must be a much emotional blog post.

Just another ordinary tuesday at the office. Focused on work, deadlines and upcoming events under my sleeves. When all of a sudden this guy walked into our department and talked to my officemate. He's a bit ranting actually and I don't like his rants. He is this type of mayabang, presko guy just because he studied at this well known school here in PH and so on and so forth. I don't really like this type of guys eh. I hate them and I don't want myself to be around or oriented with them. Turns me off big time!

After like 30 minutes, he decided to leave and went somewhere I don't know and care. Then after a while I just heard hi say "Akin yung bago ah.." and then re-appeared at the side of my table, lurking and looking like a maniac or something. He re-introduced his name and asked for my hand for what I thought a "handshake" which is totally wrong. He grabbed my hand and kissed it. LIKE YUCKERZ! Where on earth did you have the guts to do that to me? ewwww. you! screw you! Of all people na I hate at first sight, here he goes kissing my hand. ALL I NEED IS A HANDSHAKE and PLEASE OFF YOU GO OUT OF MY SIGHT.

And then hindi pa nakuntento sa handshake, naglinger pa sya around my area and keeps on bugging me to join him on my way home. Keeps asking me where to I live or do I have a car or will someone pick me up. Hello, even if I don't have any transpo penny, I'd rather walk than go with you inside your car. ugh.

Then he asked for my number. Like how can I possibly not give it to him. Kadiri that guy. He even invited me to a drinking party tomorrow. We'll be having an event, so I'm busy, okay? Buti na lang he isn't bugging me or anything sa cellphone. Thank god!

I shared this to my guy bestfriend and he told me to be snobbish with him. Tarayan ko daw! Eh I don't know how to do it. I'm not mataray eh and that really sucks! Can someone please teach me how to be snobbish? I direly need it now!

A Special Symphony Premiere Night

This must have been one of the latest - meaning super "LATE" post I will ever do, and I'm sorry about that. I honestly am very busy with my new work now. Making a good impression will always last. :)

I am a big fan of Christian Bautista. From his very first single upto his recent hit up to date, I will never get tired of listening to his songs over and over again. So when I heard from my good friend that he will be having his first movie, which is also his first international lead role, I can't help but not to contain myself. I am super excited to watch it on screen. It might be a bit awkward because I am used to seeing Christian as a singer and not as an actor but it doesn't really matter to me.

I first learned about it during David Archie's concert where my friend told it to me (because I honestly thought that Christian B's huge EDSA billboard is for an upcoming concert, which I am so totally wrong - what's up for not reading, eh?) And after like a week or two, this same friend told me if I am available for the premiere night of A Special Symphony.

Premiere night = artists + Christian Bautista + celebrity crushes!

So I ecstatically said YES! YES! YES! even if it fell on a Sunday. So what if there's work the next day? So what if it's Monday the next day? What matters is that I'm going to a Premiere night!

The movie was nice, I was maybe just expecting a lot from it. Maybe something like a romantic angle? But the essence of it is really touching. All Christian Bautista fans must watch it. :)

Actually, what really caught me during the movie was the "before" and "after" part that we have to go through. Actually, we got the PRESS pass for the Premiere night. So there we are, sitting in front seats with press people at the back. Celebrities like Robi Domingo, Martin Nievera and Cristalle Henares (Vicki Belo's daughter) literally said hi and hello to us like we are press people that must be feared because one wrong move may lead to a BAD write-up. Then after the movie where celebrities get together, they kiss cheek to cheek each other and when they spot us they're like "Okay, who are you guys?" It's like the most awkward feeling EVER! But it is actually enjoyable. I wanna experience it again and act like I am an actual press. :D

Comedy-Romantic movies

I never learned my lesson.
Just this night, I watched one comedy-romantic movie and all at once,
I was moved, made me realize some things and pushed myself to believe that, yes
"Love has to wait".

When the movie "Catch Me I'm in Love" was shown here in Manila like 4 or 5 months ago (not sure though), I was really really looking forward to watch this movie with my friends.
Yes, with my friends.
But unfortunately, it never happened due to busy, hectic work schedules.

So, thank god for Video City, I rented its DVD copy and watched it with my parents.
It was really awkward to watch those kinds of movie with your Mom and Dad kasi you cannot really react with the kilig moments. Nakakadyahe talaga, as in!

Sarah Geronimo's character (Roan) in the movie is a typical woman, who works with a non-profit organization, who dreams of finding her right man one day. Here comes Gerald Anderson (Erick), the son of the country's president. The type of an easy-go lucky guy, arrogant and spoiled. Their paths met and eventually they fall in love.

Nakakarelate lang naman talaga ako sa story. Most especially when Roan asked her friend (Matteo Guidicelli) that "Why, in her age, she is still single?"
Sometimes I also ask that question. *guilty* *sad*

I don't know, I cannot fully understand myself, but there are times that I am sad, looking for someone who will comfort me and will see me differently from how others view me. It's like I needed someone who will be there by my side, unconditionally. Who will just listen to you and will support you no matter how wrong you are.

The question is: Will he ever come?
Next question: When?

I've been to many ups and downs that sometimes I am too afraid to let myself fall again for someone who isn't deserving at all. I am already setting my standards that HIGH in order for me to wait that long for this one person. And maybe, just maybe, he will come as the right person for me.

This is the reason why I have some doubts before watching a romantic-comedy film. It makes me soo sentimental. It is like I am enjoying the movie at one point, but later on, my mind flies somewhere.

I hope and pray that the universe will soon give me the right man worthy of everything that a girl can sacrifice for the sake of love. I am not looking for the president's or a mall tycoon son (but if God grants me, why not? :p). I am just looking for that one person who will complete my everything, and when he comes I just know that he is the right one - no if's no but's.

I wonder how long should I wait still?

I have waited for this concert 2 months ago, and now everything became reality.
Me watching David Archuleta at Araneta Coliseum, closer than expected! Because if it was me, I'd rather buy an upper box ticket than be at the patron side.
I am the happiest girl tonight! I screamed at the top of my lungs like there was no tomorrow.
Like hoping David Archuleta might here my:
"I LOVE YOU DAVID ARCHUELTA!!"
and
"DAVIIIIDDDDDDD!!!!!"

Thank You so much to my dear friend for reserving the tickets for me. It is still vividly clear to me how I instantly remembered her when I got the news that David Archuleta will be back here for his 2nd concert.

I know almost all of the songs that he sang and it feels great to finally be singing the songs with him together live rather than really trying hard to sing soo well like him on my music playlist! :D
He is sooo cute, humble, very much down-to-earth person, boy next door type of man (that's why I really really really like him) and he really loves his fans! As based on my estimations, I think he sang a total of 12 songs and stayed on stage for 2 hours. Not unlike the BIEBS! (If you know what I mean!)

I just couldn't explain how I am feeling right now. It's a much different feeling right now as I witnessed his 2nd concert / first SOLO concert. It feels great to be a fan of someone like him. :)

Movie Review: Transformers: Dark Of The Moon

I've watched Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon on its Premiere night here in Manila, and can I just say that the movie is AWESOME-er than being AWESOME! AS IN! What more adjectives can I best explain about the movie?

Breath-taking!
Mind Blowing!
Stunning!
Stupefying!
Shocking!
Majestic!
Incredible!

Cast:

Transformers has and will always be a movie to watch out for. Shia LaBeouf has and will always be hot for me. Everytime I watch Transformers, I have this little bit crush on him. He is soo handsome - as what Selena Gomez said on one video that I'll be posting at the end of this blog entry. No words are enough to describe Sam Witwicky in this movie. Shia being Sam is just AWESOME. Period.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is the new love interest of Sam here and I must say that she did an okay job. I don't really like the way she acts because she is not an actor, she's a model in the first place. Rosie is sexy and hot but Megan Fox is sexier and hotter. It is hard to compare the two ladies but it's impossible not to compare them. I guess this will be the last chance of Rosie to star on a movie, she should just stay with Victoria Secret as a model.

The Robots:

I always get emotional everytime I see Bumblebee. I wanna have my own Bumblebee, a friend who is always there unconditionally, without asking anything is return. So when Bumblebee is on its knees for its life, I just can't help but cry. :'(

The Special Effects:

I wonder how will this movie be in 3D? The special effects are great, more upclose fight scenes make you hold onto your seats. I've seen some but Transformers action scenes between robots are just the best!

I recommend you guys to watch the movie not just once, twice but thrice! Every penny you spent for it is worth it.

Yes, I am nervous

So my parents asked me during dinner: "Are you excited for Monday?"
I nod, then I opt to to have a change of topic before they start on something.
I kinda lied with the nodding part. Honestly, I am not excited. I am very nervous.
Because by Monday, I'll be back to work as a Marketing Specialist.

I keep on posting tweets on my twitter wall about being excited for Monday, about looking forward for something good coming my way. But I think all of these are just my defense mechanisms, when in fact, I am too scared to start and would rather choose to update my online shop for the rest of my life.

I came from an Advertising company where everything is loud, ragged and different. For the past months I've been used to entering an office where everyone is on their jeans, playing some loud music, shouts to one another or simply put it: Curse one another like its just some normal act to do. I've been exposed to these kind of environment. Very advertising in nature, I must say.

And now, as I decide to shift and go back to where I truly belong, I'm gonna take a new road in the world of marketing. But thank God events are still with me. It's totally a new workplace. Feels like everything is too professional and conservative, quiet and peaceful? I bet no ones gonna curse every single time. *laughs*

By Monday, everything's gonna change. I'll say goodbye to all my advertising account manager duties and welcome the tasks of a marketing specialist. I bet my responsibilities will somewhat be similar, but you can never bet on the word "similar" when the people and the environment is vastly different.

So please, help me God! :)

I've been waiting for that one SMS, (do take note that this is not from any employer), and I got it last June 19.
Then I remember the every 18th *supposed to be* monthsary.
And yet, I just cannot make myself conclude to such vague idea.

Hoping for a better result, and to re-start the friendship - I replied at once.
It'll be July 19 soon and I haven't received any reply yet. Sometimes it doesn't really bother me but whenever it comes to my mind, I feel so pissed, irritated and hopeless. I'm, being the same childlike person again, the one which ruined our friendship.

Sometimes, I honestly think of the "what ifs".
What if we are still friends? What if I'm a little bit mature when we met? What if I just let go of the idea that you'll be the one someday?

Heck, it was ruined. And everything's really hard to put up together and act as if everything's normal. As if nothing happened. Because it was ruined. And you cannot make it perfect anymore because it was perfect before. :(

Taylor Swift 2010

I watched Ellen de Generes show tonight where she have Taylor Swift as one of her guest. Honestly, I am a HUGE fan of Taylor Swift ever since I heard her "Love Story" single, plus she's soo pretty, adorable and angelic. That's the type of person (be it a boy or girl) whom I really idolize. And also, don't forget that she's waaay talented.

But then when I saw her tonight during Ellen's interview which happened late 2010, I am a bit disappointed of how she looks. She's too skinny, she isn't that pretty and she looks old, like a woman from the 1920's. I don't know if it's because of her hair + outfit or just her make-up, but there's something wrong. (JUST AN OPINION).

Then I found out as the interview progress that her current boyfriend that time was Jake Gyllenhaal, where they shocked everyone when they suddenly splitted early 2011. It's like a whilwind romance which happened so fast. Definitely, Taylor is in "head over heels" during their relationship, but eventually they ended up not together. Maybe Taylor wanted to please Jake too much that's why she looked like this? I believe she doesn't want to lose Jake, it's like she hit the jackpot that time! But, look at her now! Taylor is now very much prettier than before. Good job!

Still, this remains a big question for me. Why is it that Swift change relationships that fast! First with Joe Jonas, then Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal, the one from Glee, and now rumors with John Meyer. I wonder what's wrong with her.

I just want to make myself clear. I am a Taylor Swift fan. All of the things I've blogged are just my plain observations. :)

I wasn't really surprise that I've seen one (because I am actually looking forward to see one along EDSA but I failed). I am actually surprise of myself because it doesn't have any appeal to me.

Okay, yes he is hot, handsome, boyfriend material but I don't like him. I like the angelic, ~~saintly~~, boy next door type of charm. ♥ Or even sometimes I am more magnetized to those tall, black and handsome guys. Makes me more kilig! haha!

Anyway, I do bet that there's a lot of women out there who loves this ad to death. Id rather choose Daniel Matsunaga whom I worked with. :)) I just can't explain my bitter disappointment when I learned the Taylor Lautner's endorsement of Bench was just a hoax. WHY? Taylor Lautner is hot!

Emotional day

I don't know what's bugging me lately. I do blame it to reading the "Last Song" novel of Nicholas Sparks. I don't like the flow of the story. Of course, in every Nicholas Sparks novel someone dies. And in this novel, Ronnie's Father died. Never have a cried for a novel, so this my first time. And I don't like it. I won't be finishing the book, and I won't be reading anymore Nicholas Sparks' novel. I'm such a cry baby.

Then this morning, I caught myself crying. It was around 5:30am. Then my alarm rang - 6:45am. Then I woke up suddenly around 7:30am. Dang! Im late for my 9am appointment!

2 reasons:
1. I cried this morning because I had a dream that my Father is leaving again. He's on vacation now for 2 months and at this stage, I want to be with him often.
2. I'm worried because my Father is acting a bit strange today. I do hope there's no health reasons involved. Just thinking about it makes me cry again.

Yes, the years that I've been together with my Dad isn't enough most especially during my growing up years. But all his support, care and love has and will always be present. I love my Father and Mother so much that I'm doing everything now for them. It is time to give back all the things that they've done for me and I really thank God for giving me this opportunity.

I love my Father so much that I don't want anything bad happen to him. I want him to live for another 50 years, same goes for my Mother. I've been crying just by thinking some bad thoughts. So please God, help me to forget those unhappy thoughts and live my emotional head. :'(

Pilipinas Got Talent 2, Finals night

I haven't watched the full show, but I started the contestant's final performance from the Madrigal Siblings upto the last one. Im quite sad because I wasn't able to see the magical performance of Rico the Magician. But with all that I've seen, here's my top 3:

1. Madrigal Siblings
2. Rico the Magician
3. Marcelito Po Moy
*Reserve: Angela: hula-hooper

I love how the Madrigal Siblings delivered their performance, really superb and is worth watching for a finals night. These kids really did their best and there's nothing they have to be sad about up until the end of the season. They deserve to be the winner.

As for Rico the Magician, yes I know I wasn't able to see how he did his magic this time, but as for the looks of it - - super sure that he'll be one of the top 3 (based on the performance, alright?). Ever since we set eyes on Mang Rico, he did magic ala Criss Angel and David Blaine. If the Madrigal Siblings won't win, I want him instead.

Marcelito Po Moy! He did chose the best song for tonight. He deserve a standing-ovation from the audience and from the judges as well. As for me, I just don't want another singer (solo) to win the title. But if God allows it, so be it. He did well too.

As for Angela, she's one of the highlights most especially by hula-hooping those hula-hoops with fire on it. She did a lot of stunts and I can say that she did her best as well. Medyo nakakabitin lang! Maybe she could have added a little more so that nabusog talaga niya yung audience nya. Hence, I made her my reserve choice.

Let's see if the Filipinos made the right decision. So again, vote wisely BASED on the VALUE of the PERFORMANCE and not just becauce he is pogi, gwapo or whatsoever!

UST University Seal Issue: Old vs. New

Recently, there's a lot of hype, contradictions and negative reactions about the revised University of Santo Tomas university seal. Before giving my own reactions, here's the old UST seal that represents the glory days of my dear university:

This seal has uniquely separated the university from any other university here in the Philippines, thus giving more emphasis on being the "Oldest University in the Philippines and in Asia". UST exemplied for the past decades excellency by producing world class Thomasian graduates which can be found all over the world. Up until now, UST remained the top 3 university in the Philippines aspiring youth to experience top caliber education here in our country.

Look at Harvard University's seal. It is not the same as that of other universities in America, right?

Going back to UST, to give way to the 400th year anniversary of my dear university, they changed the seal and this is the result:

Changing times mean a change in the seal? I don't think so. I just don't have any "amor" for this new look. I mean, the design, the font, what happened? It looks quite cheap and is just similar to other university's seal. It's looks like an egg actually.

Lots of good things happened to me today. Let me share you my list:

1. I got my Job Offer. Thank You Lord! I am part of an international company, finally. Italy, here I come! :p This time, this company is the luckiest because I'll stay with them until the dreaded 2012 end of the world. If this will not happen, that's the right time for a career shift.

2. Lots of good foods to eat. Isn't it very enjoyable to eat everytime we're experiencing a bad weather. It's like I just wanted to munch on everything that is available in the fridge.

3. No rice for dinner - 2 straight nights. Woohoo! It is indeed time for a serious diet mode on!

4. Loving the cold weather. I don't have to sweat and worry about my blackheads and rashes on my face. :)

I may be too selfish if I'll say that I love the rainy weather and that I hope this will stay (without the heavy rains of course), because lots of people were affected and are still affected by the damages caused by you, Falcon but I'll be a hypocrite if I'll say that you must go away right at this moment. So, I will be leaving your future to Mother Nature, but thank you for being a part of my happiness today.

I've been browsing some health news a while ago and I bumped into this site which discussed something about some rare foods that hit one country fair just a couple of days ago. I, myself, loves adventure and I like tasting foods that are not the usual ones for our taste buds. But I'm not a fan of exotic insect foods, just to note that.

So, there are foods that were on sale in the US, and I can say that just by seeing them, my stomach turned upside down like I'm going to puke. Really? Those kinds of foods made it to the people's mouth and they literally spent some money for that? Talk about curiosity!

Here's some of the rare, exaggerated, unhealthy foods that were available:

1. Fried Kool-Aid

When I was a kid, I am a big fan of Kool-Aid. Though this drink haven't been such a great hit here in the Philippines due to tough competition with Tang and Eight O'clock, I still always asked my Mom to buy me those blue colored Kool-Aid drink because I've been fond of drinking Kool-Aid, because of the color.

So I just can't really decipher what's the point of making such Fried Kool-Aid? The mix of juicy taste plus oil makes me a bit dizzy. I think I wanna puke!

2. Krispy Kreme dougnut chicken sandwich

I am a big fan of the original Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but then if I imagine myself biting a fried Krispy Kreme doughnut with a chicken patty inside it, treating it like some kind of a burger.. I think I just can't take it. Can't imagine a pastry being fried like a burger. Ugh! I think Im gonna puke again.

And finally, this:

What kind of an alien food is this? Spicy combined with sweet chocolaty food is just gross! Makes me wanna puke for the nth time!

What's on the mind of these people? Isn't it food must be divulged and be eaten with passion because most people doesn't have enough money in order to have their appetites be fulfilled? Yes, it's okay to try, discover and experiment but I think something like this is just waaaaaaaaay below the line.

Most Attractive Man in the history of Wimbledon

I just wanna say that I hate myself for not being able to vote for the "Most Attractive Man in the history of Wimbledon". I just saw this now in one of the updates of the official Wimbledon facebook page tonight:

Im glad Roger Federer made it. I mean, let's face it. Roger Federer is indeed the hottest man in tennis history. Everything about him is "Drop Dead Gorgeous". :)

And as you notice, I voted for Maria Sharapova as the hottest woman in Wimbledon Tennis history. She's the best among them all and I'm pretty sure she'll win this one too.

The 3 stages of my Wimbledon dream

I've been following tennis for quite some time now (exactly 5 years since my eyes first met Andy Roddick, then Roger Federer), and since them I've got this dream to watch Wimbledon, live and in the flesh.

Everytime I see the lawn of Wimbledon, I'm really left awed with all the wonders I felt everytime I stare at it. It's like when I see it, I wanna hug it, kiss it and lay my back on it for the rest of my life. I just want the lawn at Wimbledon where all the tennis athletes stepped on it, made wonders and received so much achievement in the world of Tennis.

So here's my 3 stages of Wimbledon dream. I've got Plan A, B and C just in case the first one won't push through. I'm really desperate to watch a match at Wimbledon, doesn't matter if its only in the first round. Well, of course I know that championships final match will cost a lot of money for the price of one ticket, (I heard that at French Open alone, the Federer-Nadal 2011 finals game ticket costs a whopping P98,000 each. O_O) but I'll be able to watch one as soon as I win the lotto. hahaha!

And since I am the biggest fan of Roger Federer, as how I consider myself, my dreams are focused on him as well.

The 3 stages of my Wimbledon Dream:

1. To be able to play with Roger Federer on Wimbledon Tennis lawn
- Okay, so this sound super impossible and superficial. First, I am a girl. How can I be able to play with Roger Federer on court? Unless it is only a practice game or one of my friend happens to be his friend and then our common friend bridged us in order to let my dream come true. Sounds a little too impossible, right? But it is really one of my dreams. I want Roger Federer to teach me how to play tennis well. :) Or, I can have my son or daughter be trained by Federer. Yes, that's how I'm so desperate with my first dream - it has also Plan A, B and C. haha!

2. To be able to watch Roger Federer play a match at Wimbledon
- So this means I have to fly now or within 2 to 3 years before he finally retires. No ones been announcing the retirement of Roger Federer yet, but it seems like the end of his tennis career is nearing. The problem is, I don't have any money yet for my plane tickets to England and for the match tickets. I can use the credit card of my Mother and suffer the consequences of being killed. I felt really sad, but I guess this is not yet the right time to watch Federer play in one of his matches. But everything may change if ever I win the LOTTO. Oh dear God.

3. To be able to watch at Wimbledon, even if Roger Federer isn't playing anymore.
-Okay, so I won't be choosy anymore. I just wanna be at Wimbledon, sitting at one of its benches and cheering with the crowd whoever are the players by that time. Be it Nadal, Djokovic, Murray or even the daughter of Roger. :)) I just want it soo badly. I want to feel the spirit of the game when you're watching live. I bet it will be the most treasured feeling in the world for a tennis fan like me. :)

Dream, dreams, dreams. When will one of them come true? If one of them happens, Im gonna cry big time and will be the happiest woman for a YEAR, not just for a DAY. It will make me speechless and will keep me speaking in tennis tongue for the rest of my life. :D

Everytime there's a tennis grandslam, I won't miss to take a look at Maria Sharapova's outfit and adore it.
Nike dresses Maria Sharapova really well and I like how her tennis outfits suit her, knowing that you have to play hard during a tennis match. In her case, she plays tennis gracefully.

Gray area of life

Last 2 weeks was like "reminiscing the past" weeks.
I've encountered guys who have been a part of my life in one way or another.
I won't drop names or anything.
Everything's in gray area.

FIRST:
Because one of my friends is in "dire need" (let's term it in a dramatic way :p) to be friends with this particualr person. Let's just say that this person is an inspiration to my friend for like 5 tears already. Though there are times that it is being forgotten, the feeling still lingers on. Why, thank you to "Water for Elephants" movie, some things that were like patches before are somewhat clearing up.

A day after we've been talking about this guy, I saw him naman sa mall. Like it's somewhat a destiny to be seeing him again after, what.. a year or two? Now, the problem lies on me because our friendship ended up not in a way that we wanted it to be. I was too childish that time, and he's not yet that mature so not one of us is serious. It's like everything's just like a game, something like a beneficial game. And as young as I was way back, I don't like that.. so better cut anything that's been there and is waiting to bloom, whatsoever.

I don't really have plans to start any conversation with him, but my Mom told me that maybe it's time to let go of all the "childish hurt feelings" i have so that everything's will go on smoothly, on both parts. Saying hi, hello or just a simple smile for me is enough. After 5 years, everything's gone. It is time to finally move on.

Unluckily, this friend of mine I've been talking about during the early part of my FIRST story texted this guy (which I gave not knowing that he still got the same number after 5 years. LIKE AFTER ALL THIS YEARS?), ended up not too well due to unavoidable circumstances and unforeseen events. So what can I do... I don't want my friend to feel that way so I did text him, explaining all the stuffs that had happened, that my friend is not that snobbish and other apologies that are not that "kawawa" naman. I did inform him that I gave his number and that I hope it's okay with him and other blah blahs.

So this, NO REPLIES AFTER A WEEK.

Okay, I'm not expecting anything. If he received that message, well good for him and for my friend. At least everythings been clear now. If he doesn't reply, fine. If he did one day, fine too. I'm not that childy girl who gets sad or mad if my text message doesn't get replied. I don't need any Winnie the Pooh this time to comfort me or for us to be friends again. Let's put it the normal way. If we just part to meet again, that would be great for the both of us.

And wait, Im having doubts if he did got married na. He is of age, like 5 years of so ang age gap. Good for him. Not good for my friend though. :) But all this years, you still look cute. GUILTY!

SECOND:
Just last year I met this guy from my previous work. I do have some blog posts about him here. I can't dare to read any of them. Maybe because I was too dumb that time. But everything's real and genuine, including how I felt. Maybe I trusted him that fast. Maybe I was dumb. DUMB. period.

Maybe a month ago, he texted me. The usual, "musta na", "ano na balita sayo.".
I actually did got irritated.
If my first story, we didn't end things well.
This one, no closure at all. As if he hanged me somewhere then I died, was renewed, reborn and started a new life without even looking back at the old May-June 2010 things.
Then come at the start of May 2011, I just woke up and realized that I was thinking about him, about the things that had happened, happiness, foolishness and regrets. It was bitter.
And then comes the day that he texted me.
And I was not happy at all. Wasn't really answering all his questions that well, and even asked my bestfriend to answer for me.
And then comes the time that he added me on facebook.
I was hesitant at first because I for myself DELETED him on my list.
Because I am afraid that I might browse his FB once in a while. (which is what I am doing now. But not once in a while.. **controls myself**)

Sabi nga ng friend ko: Kung babalik sya, sana dati pa!

Maybe if he came back last year, things will be a bit different.
Now, EVERYTHING's DIFFERENT, FADED and FORGOTTEN.
I suggest that this guy come back after 5 years, maybe I'll be able to accept him pa as a friend that easily. Parang yung sa First story ko lang. :)

But up until now, I've been eagerly waiting for that news to come.

I've been to lots of churches na, as in! I want that job too badly.

Pero sabi nga nila, if it's not for you, God won't give it. Greater things are in store for you, in his own time.

It has been a VERY busy week. My body is aching all over a couple of days ago because I was on the run here and there, then and now. Thank god for Biogesic (and to papa John lloyd as well).

Tomorrow morning is the start of another business. O help us God!

Handling one is quite easy, actually my parents left it under my responsibility because I can handle it well, but now that we have 2.. I think we have to go over stuffs double time.

When I was in college, I decided to took up Marketing because I believe that this will be of great help when I put up a business of my own. Now, I need entrepreneurial skills. Putting up a business is no joke, handling one is truly a serious business.

And then I'm also at the point of looking for a new job. Hello employers! Please call me as soon as possible if you have vacancies right for me. I am a marketing management graduate and has experience in the field of Advertising. Yes, I've been choosy na for my next company. Been declining interview offers this past few days. When you start to give advices to a shy person...

Yes, late night last night made my entire Friday good. It's because one of my guy college blockmate was so freaking out at his Twitter account because a girl texted him late night. Like he was the luckiest man alive. Obviously, he likes this girl.

To cut the story short, he is SHY.TORPE. So I gave him some advices to stop being shy, to go get a move and bridge that gap between that girl. He asked for some of it from me so I gave out what my other friends had adviced me just recently. If he hadn't asked in the first place.. I bet 100% that I won't be able to give him what he needs and want to hear because I'm on the same position. Yesterday, today ~~and will always be.~~

Final advice: Ask this girl out because you'll never know what's the real deal not until you discover it yourself.

I just can't believe I did gave him an advice.

I saw a video of Oprah interviewing America's best seller guru about marriages and relationships, saying that she has the perfect marriage, only to find out that she lied to Oprah all this time.

Well, she's pretty but I don't like her songs. I used to love Friday.. TGIF. But everytime I think of Fridays, I think about her. :((

Okay, so my subject doesn't make any connection to what I wanted to blog today. And I don;t really know what to blog. I just feel so tired today. Seems like 8 hours of sleep is soo not enough for me. I slept at 4pm again this afternoon, woke up at 6pm.. then went outside for some business-related stuffs.

I think I'm missing something in my life right now, and I am slowly feeling the heaviness of it. I got a clue now to whatever it is, but I don't know how to have it. Or maybe, I know how to have it but I don't know when will I have it.

It is my first time to be proud for a government service. I was a bit too doubtful about lots of our government's services because for the fact that they are SLOW most of the time.

But kudos to DTI! The fastest and smoothest government service I've ever experienced. First, you get to register your business through online (less the hassle to go to their office) and pay fees through Globe G-cash. Very very good indeed!

Passed all the documents this afternoon and yes!

I HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS! woohoo! :)

Im planning to register one more. Have fears that some might get the name of my online shop, it's very dear to me.. so back-off, okay.

I got too scared reading all those articles and watching all those videos about the current state of Japan and what might happen next. I doubt if I can sleep well tonight. I got goosebumps while reading Our Lady of Peace predictions from chuvaness' blog: Did Our Lady Of Peace predict Japan's Big Earthquake Last Christmas. I'm not really a fan of reading this kind of predictions because I don't want to know what lies in the future and I want to live loong enough because I've still got lots of plans and dreams waiting for me to fulfill them. And reading some of this makes me feel disappointed and sad. But I think reading some is very timely today.

But this one is really scary. It mentions something about Luzon. I don't know any place here on earth that can be associated to Luzon.. only the Philippines.

We don't have relatives and friends in Japan so that makes us quite relieved.. pero everytime I watch the news, nakakapanghina lang talaga. Im too weak for this kind of things. I even asked my Mom what will she do if ever Manila will be strucked with an earthquake. And then, I even worry about our cute cats. :( When that moment comes, you just know what to do next. Presence of mind and I'll just stick with my Mom all the time, no matter what.

My own bliss did not happen today nor yesterday. It happened way back morning of February 14 when the universe finally gave me the courage to do the thing that should be done, for the sake of continuing something that is near its end (well, at least of my part).

Yesterday might not be that special.. but it is a product of something that was just a fragment of my mind, a part of me where confusion and holding back is of big presence. Hesitation, hesitation, hesitation, excitement and lots of hesitation. But never did it occur to me that hesitation is present on both parties. I saw it coming, but not that way that almost made my heart fell. Good thing you picked it up and placed it on its right place.

Yes, travel time was one heck of a ride.

Was there 7:30pm

Never will let you know that I am all ready 30 mins before.

Walking to ease the panic, the excitement, and literally myself.

Can You Buy Me the Stars?

It actually frustrates me to blog about this because this involves the past. The past isn't worth remembering, it is meant to be forgotten. But again, the past somewhat hunts me.

It all started last night. I was busy surfing FB then I saw that greeting which somewhat punched me slightly inside my chest. It is weird, but yes I know why I felt that way. It is weird, and I don't want that feeling.

Then it was followed by the Lady Gaga "Born This Way" music video - which left me scared and made me forget what I just felt minutes ago. The video was really scary, crazy and out of this world. Out of this world in a sense that it was shot in outer space? I read it somewhere and I bet the first part was the one in outer space? Well, it can be shot inside a studio, why go for an out of space adventure? It is just plain crazy.

Then, for the double whammy heartbreaking commotion on my facebook wall, I saw pictures tagged to one of my friends. This friend of mine should be better left unnamed. The pictures were heartbreaking, at least for my part.

Why do I have to see those things all in one night?

First - the greeting (i got none?)
Second - the scary video
Third - tagged picture of those post vday gift.

When I was young I dreamt to have those, and now they are all gone.

This blogpost is really nonsense, and is full of those emotional highschool stuffs.
But still, she got the stars and I don't have any.

And the letter was just heartbreakingly sweet. I just can imagine what if I was the one in her shoes. I will be the happiest.

But all of those are just plain GONE.

And now, I am left in a road where all I have to do is risk to someone whom I'm not really sure of. :(

I'll be waiting for that one person to buy me the stars, and yes.. I will be the happiest.

Can you feel the hesitation as I typed 2 instead of 1.
Yes, I bid goodbye to my tweenteen-one age and say hello to twenteen two!
At least I can still fit in the word teen somewhere. :)

Oh gosh, I am twenty two already.
I just can't believe it. I can't even type the numbers because it will just emphasize how old I am right now.
Way back, I was just a 12 year old girl, looking forward to enter my teen years.
Then there came 16, looking forward to be 18.
Then there came 19 "not looking forward" to 20.
Then here's 21 which is sooo decided to leave, even I can't control it.
Then here's 22, I want it to stay long enough but convinced me to be with me for just 12 months for soon 23 will come without me even knowing it.

I hate numbers and MATH. I just can't understand them.

My birthday celebration was not a blast, but it is a special one.
Me being a simple girl appreciates a lot of simple things in this world.
And just by the presence of my loved and special ones made my day complete and worth looking back.
I may not have gotten what I exactly wanted (be it materially, personally (as in the persons) or emotionally (as in the feelings) but at least I had a fair share of it.

As I leave 21 behind, I say goodbye to all the sadness, bitterness and happiness I've had.
All of those will surely be kept inside my own treasure box.
21 was not the best year. I may even consider it as one of the worst year, but having been blessed and being given the things that I need and somewhat deserve still makes me a lucky girl.

Birthdays are not just a reminder of how old you are.
It is a reminder of how special you have been for the past years of your existence.

This is how I spent my Valentine's Day

So this is how I spent my valentine's day. I totally planned it to be just an ordinary Monday, but then again.. some unforeseen things happened and some of it made me happy, others left me disturbed.

I. Spilling of the beans:
Conversation with my fave person in the office. "Favorite" in a sense that she's the one that i'll be missing the most. Well, the "other one" is an exception. Pero she really became close to me. I dunno, pero even though I make kulit or asar her sa office, she's still the person na super naging comfortable ako. So Bianca, Im gonna miss you, honestly!

So while having our YM conversation, I spilled some of the beans to her. The beans that I've been keeping for so long. I was in total shock pa rin as of now how did she persuaded me to spill those beans! haha! :))

II. The Valentine's Day greeting:
A v-day greeting from a friend which I really didn't like. I mean, i like the person as a friend.. but not as something else. The problem is with the SMS, it's saying a lot of things... things that weren't said in the first place. III. When the universe make things easier for you:
Thinking of greeting him on valentine's day, but doesn't have the courage to say it..even on YM? Yeah, im still that old school type. So while contemplating and in deep thought, looking for the best "phrase" that will lead to the greeting, a new chat message pop-out and it came from him! Yes from him! But the message was rather an online confrontation. I was taken aback a bit, but it was funny. It's him, it really is him. And when I greeted him, it turns out he doesn't want "balentayms". It's not balentayms, it is VALENTINE'S. okay? :) Well, at least I will be missed.. And ako na yung madaya, ako na yung biglaang nagdecide. Gusto kong sabihin ang sorry na word sa kanya, kaso I don't feel sorry for quiting. Kaya I decided to persuade him on doing the same step. :)

IV. BLACK SWAN
Finally, had someone dragged to watch this movie. Para walang umiyak, or matakot. Gawin nating COMEDY ang Black Swan, keikei? :)

V. No reply
So of course, I texted "next time" and I wasn't able to receive any reply. I don't feel good about it.

VI. The Last Day
I tear fell when I was in the elevator. Im gonna be back on my birthday. I will miss you guys, I'll be missing home. :)

VII. Date with Mom
Every Valentine's day, I spend time with my Mom. Maybe not because I don't have someone to celebrate it with, but because I want to celebrate it with her. :)

Book Review: I Can’t Believe She Did That

Rating: 2.5 / 5

Almost three-fourths and I’ll finish reading this book, but suddenly I realized that I can’t take it anymore to read it at its end. I dunno, I don’t like the entire concept of this.

Maybe because it’s mainly about women at workplace who:

Pull other women down just to have that dream promotion.
Pretend to look clean, innocent and friendly, but in reality they are the ones who do dirty tactics to other women whom they are jealous of.
Women who are racists and are stereotypes.
Women who are in general, against other women in the workplace.

When I first saw this book, I thought it was a novel about how to remedy this women-women problem in the workplace, but hell no. I was totally wrong. This book emphasized the current practice of why women do such things, such evil things. It’s more of a “mentor-book” like the ones I had when I was in college. Books that give you numbers, and actual studies from researchers who are expert on this field. Ugh.

I want to read novels, okay?

I’m not saying that “women-pulling-other-women-down-in-the-workplace-syndrome” is a myth. It’s real and is happening in thousands of corporate industries in our world today. It’s just that I can’t take reading about it. It hurts that women say bad things to other women just to be on top. Betrayal, jealousy and dishonesty is a no-no for a woman like me..like us. I just can’t take it.

This is not the right way to be a tough professional. If you choose to be like this one, you’ll have success temporarily. It’s soo not right. Kawawa naman kayo!

Maybe I’ll be going back to read this book again if ever I encounter such on my entire career. Good thing I haven’t been to such kinds of situation similar to those pitiful women on the book.

It’s up to you if you wanna read this. I won’t recommend this, really! Sorry Nan Mooney.

Going now to my next reads. Hope it’s a good one now!

Everybody's going gaga over the Azkals win last night against the Mongolians!

Honestly, Im not a fan of football, though most of my crushes way back in highschool do love to play football.

Maybe because I don't want to wait too long in order to see the results, meaning a score.

I prefer tennis more. ♥

But since the Azkals are winning and is starting to bring pride for the Filipinos, I'm starting to love the game just as how I started to watch boxing whenever Manny Pacquiao enters the ring.

But today is my lucky day! Me and my friend had a conversation with Phil Younghusband, and it all started with this:

Twitverse went too excited with this twitromance between Phil and Angel. I was too kinikilig with what I saw, but Angel turned him down due to work. (haaay, work nga naman.) One of my tweetfriends was too excited too and here's how our conversation started with Phil!

When I was a kid, I wanted to be barbie. I love her clothes, her long beautiful hair and slender body.

I even had a crush named Ken.. Ken Ono. hahaha!

I wonder where he is now. :p

I give kudos to the advertising agency behind this. From twitter to facebook and other social networking sites, Ken's doll love to barbie ultimately reached a lot of people like wildfire. And it's really in time for valentine's day. It's too cute!

I know this is not right.
I made my decision...and I made it when I was confused, determined and rattled all at the same time.
I remember, I cannot press that "send" button at once. In short.. I'm just 90% sure.
Where is my 10%?
It's in my heart.

Believe me..as I am typing right at this moment, my eyes are slowly filled-up with tears.
And I just don't know why.
When I made my decision, im so brave, so sure.
Like no one can ever stop me.
But why am I feeling this way NOW.

When she said I can go on and need not to finish my 2 weeks...
it's like a pain in my chest, swallowing my whole self..making me feel weak.
This is what I wanted. Why feel this way?
I slowly start to miss the whole place, the people around me, all the things we've done inside that room.
All the laughters we've shared, all the rants, all the lovey moments.
And soon, I'll be leaving it. :(

I have a confession to make, major major!!

First of all, I'm really fond of cute boys. I want to have a younger brother ever since I realized I wanted to have a "kapatid", since I am an only child. My Mom considered it to be weird and she always laughs at me when I say to her that I want a baby brother! Or I want my first child to be a boy, the cute one. :D

Then last Saturday, I watched Maalala Mo Kaya. MMK's episode was about young love. Nash Aguas falling in love with Toni Gonzaga, then eventually they fell in love with each other and ended up happily ever after. I soo love the story and I was "kinikilig" pa while watching the episode. Love doesn't choose age talaga...Age doesn't matter. As long as you feel it real, it will take you to places. :)

So for those who haven't seen the episode yet, here's the teaser video I've searched on youtube just to gave you an idea. Anyway, what I also love about this episode is that Nash Aguas became a grown-up Sam Concepcion in the end. I like Sam! ♥

But speaking of KID CRUSH!
I crush Nash Aguas. HAHAHAHA! Not the malicious one.. I want him to be my younger brother, just like how I demanded from my Mom. :p

I decide to treat them at Bon Chon! I just can't get enough of the yumminess of the chicken. AS IN!

Just finished reading this book by Anthony Capella.

What I love about this is that it talks about Italian foods and the way how these foods can make someone you love fall for you in the simplest, most elegant way.

Ever since I started working, I started to collect books and read them during my spare time.

Mura lang naman yun mga books (which I usually buy at Book Sale), but the stories are great, novels are well written by authors from all over the globe.

Ang criteria ko lang naman when reading a book is that when I like its cover, I'm gonna buy it at once!

Off to my next book!

Im very much excited to start it and read the beauty inside of it. :)

Freedom! Finally!

This is what I call F-R-E-E-D-O-M!

Though I sometimes feel a bit bitter sweet.

But, nevertheless, it's not yet time for me to think about those things, isn't it?

I want to reach my dreams. So for now, I must reach the summit!

When I'm there, Im on top! :)

I just would like to share that for the past few days, I've been down with a flu.

Yes, flu, virus, whatever you call it.

I've taken like 4 biogesics and 6 bioflus.

Now, I don't want to take one anymore because I feel like I'm naooverdose na. haha!

I'll just settle with water therapy, in that way every bad temperature and liquids inside my body will be washed out so that I can feel better very soon!

Haaaay, love month na again?

Mukhang malungkot na naman ang V-day ko.

Last year I was sooo over excited with the "Valentines Day" movie na hindi ko naman napanood ever.

And when I finally watched it on DVD, I was disappointed and was happy that I didn't waste my 150.00 for its movie tickets.

Now, I'm not that "very much looking forward" for Feb 14, but Im a bit curious what might happen.

Im not expecting anything from anyone.

First, I'm afraid to ride a BUS after all the bombings that had happened this week, the same route as mine.

I've been surfing the net while thinking of the right words to write here in my blog.

I can't find the right inspiration, but I've got a whole lot of ideas here in my head.
