It's raining today, I feel sluggish..
Especially this morning!
I hate it when the weather is like that.

Wearing a white uniform under a rainy weather creates a bad day

And then I wasn't able to attend my first class.

You know why?
I woke up late!
You know why again?
Because I slept late!
You know why for the 3rd time?
Because I watched the game of Roger Federer vs Mario Ancic quarterfinals match!

I gave up at around 12:30am.. because my eyes can't take it any longer
..and take note, the match isn't over yet that time.
See, I'm still good!
I knew one who stayed up until Nadal's match, which I think finished at around 4 in the morning..haha!

What can I do?
I love both Roger and Mario.
As what my personal equation says:

Roger + Mario =Photobucket

I enjoyed watching their game.
I know Federer will beat Ancic, but seeing this two guys play is always a pleasure.. :)
Way back in 2002, at the same tournament, Ancic was the last man to beat Federer, Ancic at the age of 19 and Federer 22, respectively.
So now that they are quite matured... way of play is different.
And as a result, Roger beat him in straight sets!

Here are some more pictures:

I wasn't able to see that second pic..
It seems funny because Ancic is on the ground, like somewhat disappointed for failing to get the ball from Roger..Free SmileysFree Smileys

Off to go the semifinals..
Marat Safin, beware! Free Smileys

ATP - FABULOUS ROGER

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Roger stretched his winning streak on grass to 64 matches today
to reach the Wimbledon semifinals by beating Mario Ancic
6-1, 7-5, 6-4.
The win marked his 39th straight victory at Wimbledon, where he has won the last five titles and stands 43-4 at his favourite major venue.

"I'm playing great and serving excellent," Roger commented.
"I had a lot of aces again, that always helps. It was a tough day with the rain delay and it broke my momentum a bit. But I got back into the match and played well all the way through."
Roger rocketed over three aces in the final game as he served out his success in on hour, 41 minutes, clocking 15 aces and a mere six unforced errors.
Our king of grass calmly waited out a two-hour, 12-minute rain interruption after cautiously putting away a 20-minute first set - he lost just one point on serve - and standing 1-1 in the second when light drizzle moved in.

Back on court and lifting the second set with a break from an Ancic double-fault for 6-5, Roger consolidated. He then applied even more pressure, forcing Croatia's Ancic to struggle through ten deuces and a 16-minute opening game of the third.

Roger will race the winner from Russian Marat Safin and Spain's Feliciano Lopez in the semi-finals on Friday.

Beijing Olympics:Tennis

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Hey guys!
I've found out this link about Beijing Olympics,
in emphasis about the tennis game event that will be happening there this coming August.
This link is like a book or should I say a compilation of all facts and
informations about tennis players!
It's lovely...
It's like having a hard-bound book in the internet... I think that if this will be purchased in a bookstore.. this will surely cost a lot!
I haven't finished reading the book yet coz the book is upto
144 pages, I think.
Anyway, if interested..just click the link below.

Don't worry... it won't be all about tennis..haha!

It's the first day of July!
New first day... start of another month for continued hope and happiness.
I hope things will be quite different this month.
But if ever, most of them remains "usual"... it's alright!
Should I say I'm feeling good vibes for this month?
Nah.... :p
I might as well remain neutral and wait for something "fabulous" happen.

Anyway, I've watched Roger's game last night.
And that first set was exciting!
You know... Roger going up against Hewitt who is a former champion of Wimbledon
will never be an easy task.
I've seen the whole match (luckily) and so far, this has been one of those games worth watching.
Roger has been challenged well especially during the 1st set.
Not like those previous match he had wherein it's like only a practice.
No offense! But it's my opinion.. (.^__^.)
In short, the game was Awesome!

Here are some pictures!

Speaking of Awesome, there's a new Nike Advertisement of Roger Federer!!
I'll give you the link... and I tell you, it's fantastic!
It's like a mini-movie limited for only a minute and a half.
Just click the link and you'll see!

ATP - ROGER MARCHES ON

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Roger served his way into the quarter-finals at Wimbledon
with a straight-sets victory over Lleyton Hewitt today:
7-6 (7), 6-2, 6-4.

"I think I served really well, which was important against Lleyton," Federer admitted.
"I saw he was struggling with his hip but nevertheless, he was dangerous. I think the key was the first set tie-break and afterwards I played consistently well and saved a lot of break points."

The victory secured the top ranking for at least another week for Roger, regardless of how he fares the rest of the tournament.
He now has a 14-7 win-loss record - including 12 straight victories - against Hewitt, the last man to win Wimbledon before Roger began his dominance of the event.

Federer took time to settle before clinching the first-set tiebreak on his fourth set point with an ace.
From that moment, he stepped up, winning the fourth game to love for a 4-0 lead in the second set, which he closed out comfortably.
After a total of 110 minutes he then converted his second match-ball with the 46th service-winner (21 of which were aces).

Roger next faces Mario Ancic, the last man to beat him at Wimbeldon and today the winner of a 13-11 final-set epic against Fernando Verdasco.
