David Archuleta's 3rd Album

David Archuleta, American Idol's Season 7 finalist will release his 3rd studio album titled
"The Other Side of Down"
will be released on September 14, 2010 in the USA
with a carrier single
"Something 'Bout Love" was released on iTunes just today.

David Archuleta made it official in his twitter account stating that his brand new single is already out!

My apologies if it's a bit blurry.
But you can follow him on his verified twitter page at

I am currently listening to his new song and I totally love it!
I really love his songs even his own versions during his American Idol days.
For me, he is waaaay better than Justin Bieber.
hahahaha!
Well, it is just my opinion. But I like them both.

I've got the track on my playlist.
I've listened to it for the NTH time! ♥

♫ There's something bout love that tears you up
Whoa oh oh oh
You still believe ♫

Perfect for those people who got heart broken and still believes that love is still beautiful.
We all just have to wait for the perfect time for it to come. ♥

This one is exactly for you.

We go days without having a meaningful conversation,
and I use to miss you so much when that happened...

but it never seemed like you missed me.
And I guess because of it, I stopped missing you.

Going on to 3 weeks. What now?

My last blog post was a bit "too" emotional.
Yeah, sensing the irony there?
Believe me or not I have read and re-read my
"I Need a Weak Week" blogpost for over
50 times.
I really love reading the first part
to help me realize how stupid I was before.
Stupid in a sense that "I really did that?"
But I've got no regrets.
I just categorized myself as being STUPID.
Just plain STUPID.
But well, being like that doesn't really hurt.
At least I get to experience it once in my life
and that was just recently so it was still FRESH.

Oh well.. let me explain to you what had happened on my last 2 weeks
which I have to undergo.

The first week was like hell.
All of the memories we've shared kept on flashing back.
All the text messages.
All the topics we have talked about.
All my replies.
All the kilig factor. ♥
Yup, I was kinda surprised I still remember them all.
I know myself..
I have this "short term memory" thing.
My Mom even hates me for being forgetful
But for this case, all things kept on flashing back.
Like it was one of the sweetest dreams
which turns out to be a nightmare in the end.
Bittersweet, I must say.
And bitter na kung bitter.
Being bitter makes me feel fine PERIOD
Going back.
I remembered EVERYTHING.
All the fake promises
All the fun talks
All the corny jokes
As in everything.
Pesky salty droplets kept on falling down from my eyes.
Just like what I've told my friend
"Walang pinipiling oras, kusang tumutulo"

Minutes before going to bed was the worst part of my day.
Yung tipong matutulog ka na nga, you need silence, then here are the memories again.
You don't want them to come back..
but then again you start to reflect and think things over
so flashbacks were there again.
I really hoped they were flushed right down the toilet during those nights.
I just don't want to remember then any longer.
My mind said STOP
but my heart said GO ON seems to enjoy it, even though it doesn't really like it.

During those "desperate" moments.
I need my friends.
So ayun, umaalis ako every other day.
Halos lahat na yata ng malls napuntahan ko.
Every friend group ko nakasama ko na.
I just want to be with their company.
I wanted my mind to drift away from those "flashing" memories.
At least when I get home, I'm just too plain tired to think over such silly stuffs.
Well, it worked.
I consider it as my moving-on part.
And my letting-go part, I suppose.

My 2nd week is much easier for me.
No more pesky salty water droplets.
But flashbacks were still there.
The only thing added to it is that I am now able to smile when I think about them.
Sometimes, I even ask myself:
"Talaga? Ginawa ko yun?"
But then again, let me clear myself
I did didn't regret any of those.
In fact, I did didn't regret meeting him.
Because I became stronger.
I learned a lot.

Maybe one of my closest college friend was right.
"He is just soo out of my league."
And maybe one of my closest highschool friend was also right
"Sometimes, rushing things has its disadvantage.
Yung tipong mauumpog ka nalang sa bato, then you'll realize na
Wait lang, hindi yata to gusto ko. I'm not yet ready for this."

But still
shoot me in the forehead NOW!
Because I'm still viewing his FB profile.
I'm still browsing his pictures.
Stupid.
I love hate being stupid. Bow.

Now, going on to 3 weeks, what to do now?
Honestly, I'm starting to realize lots of things.
Though I'm not yet really sure about it.
I'm starting to realize that maybe
I'm just too overwhelmed with his company before.
That being on a new environment, I was too eager to find a friend and meeting him
is just exactly how I didn't plan it to be.
I didn't see him coming.
And I didn't expected all those things to happen sooo fast.
Its like a whirlwind.
Gone too soon.
Sometimes I ask myself
maybe if I took things a bit slow
maybe we still talk to each other up to this date.
Maybe friendship would not be ruined.
Maybe we are still friends.
Maybe both of us won't get hurt.
Not in a way we are NOW.
COLD SILENCE.

Well, I guess everything happens for a reason.
God must have something more special in stored for the both of us.
It may not be for the both of us "together"
but maybe for our own separate lives.
I'm not really closing my doors because I still don't know what would happen in the next upcoming weeks.
All I know is that on my 3rd week, I have to start enjoying my days.
Life is good. Enjoy life.

And I think, its really time to find a JOB.
My DREAM JOB.

I just need a week.

"I have always been a victim of history repeating itself" I've seen this from one of my former classmate's facebook status
liked it and said to myself
''hell yeah, I am a victim too."

This may be the first time I will blog about something like this here.
I tried to resist, but I can't.
I just have to write it down here hoping that one day when I finally have the courage to look back
I just have to smile with all the memories I have with you.

From the moment I stepped on the corners of that place
All I have on my mind is that this is the start of something new.
A beginning for my career, new friends, new challenges.
I find it hard to mingle with others since I am new.
I noticed you at once, but was taken aback because you don't have that friendly aura towards me.
Thought that "oh dear, its going to be a difficult 1st week for me."

And then one day, upon going home I was surprised because you said "hi"
We had this little chit chat as we go home, got separated at MRT because we just have to go near to that exit since we are too afraid that we can't go out when our station arrives. :)
I am on the left side, and you are on the right.
People flock in between us until just have to stop talking.

Honestly speaking, I was overwhelmed with all the things you have said to me.
The stories about the office, the tips on how to be friendly, who to friend or how to treat the boss.
As I arrived home, I texted my closest friend at once that I have found a friend finally. I am now looking forward to go to work!

The next day, I had my first overtime. I really wanted to ride my way back to home with you.
But one meeting hindered it. I really want to say can you wait? But I can't.
Who am I? Of course I know you want to go home straight away. I noticed that you came back after a  minute or two because you forgot something on your table.
haha! Silly me, I thought you are checking me if meeting is over or not. :p

Then days passed by. I found out that you are going to leave.
I have to count the days for your stay.
I told my closest friend that office is fun especially when you are inspired every single minute.
But its about to end.
She said that two only possible things can happen.
"STOP or to BE CONTINUED"
I'm just inspired..no feelings yet.
Maybe because I found a friend in an environment where I am new in.
That's all that really matters. I need a friend.

And then I noticed how you care.
Every single "ingat ka pag-uwi ah", "san ka na?" "house ka na?" "kain ka na dinner?" "kasama mo na parents mo?" "goodnight!" "goodmorning! ingat ka papuntang office" really mattered to me.
I don't really know how to react that's why I just replied with "thanks! ikaw din."
or just a simple "THANKS! :)"
And since I am not really used to this for a while I just have to make funny jokes on you or aasarin nalang kita. In that way I can say that I care in a funny way. At least I made you laugh in one way or another.

And then your last week came.
It was funny how you text me of "may overtime ka?"
then I will say: "meron..kainis."
then you will reply: "aww. wala na naman ako kasabay. kaya mo yan! masanay ka na!"

Wednesday arrived. Last 3 days before you finally move-out.
I still have my overtime. dammit!
The last time i went home with you is during the first time that you said hi.
So what to do?
I have to say that I have an appointment in the evening with my boss so that I can go home exactly 6pm.
Which is true naman. Pero honestly, it can wait since it's in the evening naman.
Pero I just have to do it. Good thing the boss allowed me.
Then I am happy. We get to talk again far from the eyes of our other officemates.
Supposed to exit at Ortigas station but I was a bit scared that I can't go out quick so I decided to exit at Araneta Cubao station..your station.
I insisted that you just have to go home since you are only one jeepney ride away from your house but you decided to stay with me.
We talked even though hunger striked!
I had fun, but I was shy.
Plus you gave me airheads. That wraps it all up. :)

Then came your last day.
During that day, I texted my closest friend that this is the day I don't want to happen.
But I just have to sit and see what will happen next.
Before lunch time, i was surprised because Prince of Persia came into plans.
I was talking about Shrek 3 with you the night before. I know its not your type of movie but I want you to say it na "tara, nood tayo." kahit joke lang.
Was surprised that you want Prince of Persia.
Honestly, I don't want that movie. But I'll give it a try.
Was supposed to be on a Sunday but you are at Baler.
Surfing. That's ok with me.
Then that night you are at Subic drinking.
Its ok with me.
Told you that our plan can be pushed to next sunday or next monday which is a holiday,
no work for me.

First day without you in the office is sad.
I always look at your table..remembering how you look like when working.
Maybe its ok to say that I missed a friend.
But somehow I feel you are near since you always made my phone beep.
I get to confide to you my problems at the office.
Funny because I get to tell you that I'm about to go home, where am I, did I ate lunch or dinner or when I am about to sleep na.
We even talk about what tv channels are we watching.
Me watching on a Spongebob channel and you on an HBO channel.
I get to know that you love How I Met Your Mother TV series as well.
That you love that movie, Serendipity - which I love too.
And that you hate Twilight. Fine. :)
Whole day talk with you even if you are not around made me smile.
Even if I don't get to see you, I know you are near.

Saturday came.
I get to see Prince of Persia.
I rushed all my work in the office. Even my co-workers were surprised with how I managed to finish them all in time.
I finally get to see you after a week.
Movie was great!
After the movie, its late. MRT services were already out.
We have to get a bus ride where I am not familiar with.
But being with you made me feel safe.
You held my hands until we have to be separated again.
I really don't want to let it go but I have to.

"Miss na kita, gising ka na."
That was the first message I've read upon waking up the next day.
"Hello, goodmorning! kakagising ko lang. Miss na rin kita."
was what my right thumb pressed on my phone.

During that day, I know that I no longer see you as a friend.
Something changed.
But I'm ready to risk and try it.
I'm not doing any harm. All I know is that I am happy.

That day I get to go to mass alone. That night you asked me if we can go to mass next Sunday.
I agreed. Why shouldn't I?
At least I get to show him to God, even if I'm not yet ready with my Mom.
Plus you asked if I am ok for a movie marathon in your house.
I got second thoughts.. but I want to. So I said Yes.

Monday to Saturday was torture.
I'm starting to dislike my job.
I have constant headache.
You got coughs.
We start to comfort each other.
"Pwede ba ako nalang mag-alaga sayo?"
"tara, tabi ka sa akin..alagaan kita. Kahit sa isip lang."
Plus the thought of our plans for Sunday and Monday is killing me.
Kung pwede lang na mapabilis yung oras so that I can see you na.
But life has to make you wait.

Sunday came. I was excited.
Mass will start 3:30pm-4:30pm.
We decided to meet at 2:00pm.
I decided to enter at a different entrance so that you won't see me at once.
Time is ticking hard, and when I finally get to see you I got a tight hug.
I felt special especially when you held my hands like no one can get it away from you.
We ate at Mcdonald's because you crave for it.
I'm not that hungry but I get to order a float and a fries.
I enjoyed looking at you while you were eating. Its fun.
Something new for me.
Then mass came.
We were seated at the far left corner of the chapel.
Thoughts kept on bugging my mind that maybe someone I know might spot us.
But that doesn't really matter.
All i know is that I am with the person that I care about most at the moment.

Hotseats were usual.
I get to be asked when I arrive at home.
I just have to stay quiet or say something different.
As long as I am happy, there's no harm in doing it again.

Monday came.
movie trip day.
A day to meet his family even though his parents were not around.
Meeting his sister and his aunt still means a lot.
I get to see his world.
I woke up early, he woke up late since he went out on a night out that previous night with his friends for their business ventures.
I left home late because I have to make an errand for my online business.
Meeting place is at Starbucks-Araneta.
I just can't wait to see him again after 16 hours.
When he tapped me at the back, saw him wearing a cap, a shirt and a shorts.. I blushed.
I don't know?! Because he looked cute wearing a cap.
Im starting to like him more.

Going to their place is a big deal for me.
I get to eat lunch with his family.
I get to see how he live his everyday life.
I get to see the picture of his parents
I get to see Lordy, their dog.
I get to see some of their businesses.
I get to see him as a person.
I started to appreciate him more.

I've been there from 11:00am to 7:00pm.
Hurt Locker, Dear John, Up In The Air.
I didn't remember how these movies end up.
Because my mind is actually pre-occupied with the thought that I am with him.
And then the unexpected happened.
I have to say it was my first.
Yes, if ever you get to read this. That was my first.
And I won't ever forget you for that.

What's sad after that day is that I didn't expect that
that day will be the last day I will ever see you again.
I remember we were together counting the days until our next meet-up.
11 days? 2 weeks?
We promised we will wait and that we can do it together.
But things changed suddenly.

Cold treatment surfaced.
Phone beeps once a day.
Or worst, no message from you.
No more goodnights, no more goodmornings.
No more message from you..i only got one when you get to reply on one of my messages.
I asked if I can see you, but you said you were busy.
2 weeks passed..
and now for its 3rd week, I'm fed up with your silence.
Am I bugging you? I've got to have an answer.

June 30, 2010.
This is the first day I started crying for you.
You rejected me twice. I just can't continue carrying this feeling.
I have to tell it to you.

I saw you on online on facebook.
This is my chance.
I asked first whether you are ready for your interview for the next day.
Said my goodluck and finlly had the courage to say it to you.

"alam mo..namimiss ko yung dating *****. Sorry ah..pero yun nafifeel ko. I'm sorry if nagexpect ako that much.. kaya lagi kitang niyaya na makita ka. Pero I know naman na busy ka. Namiss ko lang yung dating ikaw.. kung weird. sorry."

And then he replied that he is confused as of the moment. That things were different from the way before when we were together. He needs to distance himself to me.
A sorry wasn't really enough.

"alam mo..sana sinabi mo na agad dati pa. Hindi yung para akong ewan kakaisip. Hindi naman ako galit sayo. Pero you left me hanging out of nowhere. Dati ok tayo.. tapos biglang ganon. cold. Pero cge kung yan gusto mo..fine with me."

I know he can't say it to me right away. All men are the same. But still, the thought of you investing your feelings for that person and then suddenly he will tell you that he has to leave is the kind of pain soo hard to endure.

"yoko sana kitang igive-up.. kasi iba pagkakakilala ko sayo. Pero kung ganito lang din... i hate this feeling."

I can't bear saying these things.
But I have to love myself..I have to think of myself now.
We can only be friends.
Only friends.

Random thoughts for 27th of June

I.
James Reid wins PBB Teen Clash 2010 season.
**applause**
But my heart is really for Ivan.
I mean, Ivan deserves the title.
He REALLY deserve it compared to other housemates.
Leadership, skills, abilities, looks.
Plus he is considered to be a 100% Pinoy even though he has a foreign surname and foreign looks.
Oh yeah, how come?
Now I'm confused.
He must have been a perfect fit in the teenternational group.
James looks handsome naman. In my opinion, he got the votes due to his looks, charisma, attitude.
But to be a big winner, people should have voted wisely.
Pero honestly, wala naman akong binoto ni isa sa kanila for this season eh. hahahaha!
II.
I super LOLed at this one.
This can never be serious, can you?
I mean, this is torture.
I've been doing this for a couple of days already and then it will happen to me AGAIN?!
hahaha! just kidding. :p
Pero I'll stop thinking of you na.
Muntik na akong madapa last time kakaisip sayo eh.
hahahahaha!

To whom it may concern

Early this morning, I was surprised to see something from this particular person.
Yeah, I know things didn't go well between us.
I have moved on. You have moved on, I suppose.
We can be friends, but that's all I can give.
You just have to ask.
Everything is fine now.
No more hard feelings. Smiley Faces

From Hello February to Hello July

Funny how it seems. My last post was way back during the 1st day of February.
Well, a whole lot has changed for the past 5 months:
1. I am a college graduate  Smiley Faces
2. I am 21 years old. Smiley Icons
3. I've been to a lot of job interviews
4. I am employed
5. I'm currently looking for a new job AGAIN. Smiley Faces
6. I've met new friends
7. I've met... Smiley Icons
8. I've had... Smiley Icons
9. I have... Smiley Icons

O yeah, enough said about those last 3 stuffs.
I admit! I am happier to what I am way back February because I've got issues back then.. but I was a lot happier during the mid of June. I am now faced with the same issues I've had, now with a different person involved.
Life is really hard for me...especially when we talk about l-o-l-o-l-o-l-o-
(consult Ashlee Simpson for this song, can't write the next 2 letters.)
Or maybe.. just maybe. I expect that much.
Do I? Smiley Faces
Or maybe.. they are all just the same.

So what's new? Nothing that much.
My Mom said I look quite mature now.
Is that good or bad?! haha!
Good in a way that I no longer look young and mistaken to be a highschool student. (yabang!)
Bad in a way that I am already getting OLD? I'm no longer a teen! waaaaah! :(
Hindi ko na mapilit ang teen sa twenteen-one not like sa twenteen.
Pero, pwede pa rin naman. haha! Twenteen-One!

I just ultimately and desperately miss blogging.
Remember the old days, during 1st year college where everything was jotted down in this blog.
Now, its been dusty!
Time for a clean-up.
Will promise to update more tomorrow, hopefully.

Planning 2010

“Success is the progressive realization of a worthy idea.”

This has been the best definition of the word success that I have ever heard from a pronounced speaker or read from any other educational books within the span of 4 years in my university. Upon listening to the ‘Strangest Secret”  by Earl Nightingale, I have realized that there is still a lot of more interesting things in stored for this God-given life to me as long as I believe that there is. Limitations are self-imposed and that people with GOALS are the only ones that succeed.

Guilty as it may seem, I am honest that for the past 2 years, I haven’t set a goal for myself. I do have plans in my little planner, but all of them are for short term…neither of them are long term goals. Upon evaluating myself, lots of things have changed, that’s true! But why is it that life is still the same? Maybe there are things that lacked motivation, things that need a little push… to progress into something that is a product of a worthy idea.

As a college student with a part-time work, my life isn’t boxed in a single world anymore. I will be thinking of my work, and of my studies simultaneously. Others may say that multi-tasking is impossible, but why limit yourself to the possible things? Life is more challenging when you made the impossible, possible.

At the start of the new year week, I have set 2 goals for both of the world that I belong in. A goal for my studies, and a goal for my work. Studies may come to an end by March as I finally have my graduation walk, but continuous learning happens when you are work.

ONE:
I’m performing well in my class except for one subject, which is Taxation. I hate math and accounting, unfortunately this subject is a mix of both, that’s why I am doomed! For this year up to the finals, I aim to change how my grades have resulted. Taxation will be one of my top subjects. This may seem hard, but just imagining that I get a 1.something in my class records feels great!

TWO:
Deciding to take a part time job during my last year in college is tough! But since I am already here, I am going to prove that my decision is right for me. I am going to leave behind the immaturity I’ve had as a student and start to be mature when it comes to accomplishing the tasks that work requires from me. As much as possible, all tasks must be accomplished on time. No procrastination.

Dreams don’t have deadlines. If we wish on things exclusively, it shall be given unto us. We become what we think about. We just have to believe that we will succeed.

Meet Me Halfway - Black Eyed Peas

Would you be a friendless loser or have a bunch of friends who secretly hate you? Why?

This may sound like a beauty pageant "question and answer " portion, so I brace myself and think it over like a beauty queen candidate aiming for the Miss Universe title.

Being a human being is the greatest gift God has ever given to any individual since the day of creation. Each and every one of us is created in God's own image and  likeness, having the knowledge and free will that makes us superior above everyone else. With all of these, do we have the right to be a friendless loser? I think not.
I believe that we make the decision if we want to become a loser or become friendless. It does not just come, nor does it depend on any given situation. It all boils down to our attitude and way of thinking whether we want to be on our own, and yet be a loser at the same time. No one wants to be in that situation, so I'd rather choose the other option.

Having a bunch of friends is what I wanted, but having a bunch of friends who secretly hate you isn't likable at all. If I will evaluate myself, I think I won't be able to live without any friends that's why I chose this option. But through further self evaluation as I type down what my mind speaks, I came up with a solution for my haters.

I believe in the saying, "The more you hate, The more you love". Let this become my guiding principle until the end of this article. First and foremost, no one wants to befriend you if they hate you. What's the essence of that? In reality, you become friends with those who likes you, then later on hates you due to some things that maybe had offended them. This feeling of hatred can be resolved and turn it the other way around by spending quality time with your friends and do the things you enjoy the most. Shop with your friends, watch movie or have a slumber party with them during weekdays. And, most especially, be with your friends at those trying times when they needed you the most. Complementarity removes dissimilarities in any relationship, be it a love or a friendly one. I am assured that any feelings of hatred will be transformed into a new friendly relationship that would make you say "Friends for Keeps!".

Happy Ending?

Why do you make me feel its too complicated?

Stop making me feel this way.

I know..

Ive got hundred of reasons to forget

and has one reason to hold on.

UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe: UAAP Cheerdance 2009

This academic year 2009-2010 shall be my last
year as a college student within the walls
of the institution of UST, and sadly, I haven't watched any live
UAAP Cheerdance Competition.
I just rely on our television set in the span of 4 years.
I really wanted to, but you have to get frustrated first in not having the tickets
even the General Admission ones.
Anyway, i still have my chances when I became an alumni.
Im gonna bribe everyone else just to have those tix, haha! just joking.
To continue, I wasn't really pleased at all with the result of the competition.
Because, we placed 4TH!
1st time since 1994 that UST-SDT (Salinggawi Dance Troupe)
didn't make it to the TOP 3!
Eh the cheerdancce competition was founded during the year 1994,
so meaning,  its the FIRST upset for us.

But looking at the reasons why such things happened,
I think I have come up with some valid reasons why UST
hasn't bagged the title, or even a place for the top 3.
Im just gonna give my top 3 observations:
- unpolished routines
- hindi sabay-sabay na stunts while in mid-air
- masyadong nagmamadali.

The last reason can be understoon due to the given time limit.
Sana, hinabahabaan man lang ng Samsung yung time limit per performace para hindi naman
kalat-kalat yung mga cheerers.
I just viewed the executions during the
2005 and 2006 cheerdance performance of SDT and, man o man!
Ang galing talaga!
Sabay-sabay talaga yung pag-execute ng mga steps and very minimal
ang mga errors.

Reasons to Hate and Love Blogging

Funny Me.
Last Friday's blogging session time was moved
2 days after!
Oh dear, I just can't believe and imagine how busy I am now.
Actually, my social life is starting to wear off.
But I don't forget to spend time with myself and my loved ones.
Thank god for social networking sites,
a place where my social life is being pampered.

I found this layout when I was at our school library.
I have no intentions of changing my blog or even checking it.
To state it clearly: My blog became dormant.
My blog-attitude changed when I saw this girl beside me reading a blog post
and she was too absorbed with it.
I dunno what's with that, buy I started to remember my blog.
I actually missed it.
The urge sprung back!

I have to thank that girl.

But actually, i started hating blog post for the past few months
with the following reasons:
- no time
- blogging is time consuming
- no stories to tell
-the above reason makes me sad
- just plain lazy

And I realized...
the reasons why I hate this was actually outnumbered by the reasons why
I LOVE it.
- memories to share
- ability to express oneself
- helps me understand my self better
- fun in sharing your experiences
-helps me be updated with the latest buzz happening around
- train my English writing skills
-enjoy life
-appreciate the simplicity of life

I can go on and list down the reasons as many as I can
but the last one explains them all.

So, from now on, I'll be keeping my blog updated again.
I wanna write down things on a different perspective.
One that suits my age.
Hmmmm.. Im gonna think about and see the results.

Euphoria and Optimism brought me here.
Let me continue my journey.

Hello My Dear Blog!

WAKE UP!

Let's work together to re-live this blog again.
Will just journey back home in a couple of minutes.
Updating my blog is my past passion.

I just realized, I still want it.

FEDERER-SODERLING FINALS
My Dream French Open Finals!

So, this is what the
Tennis World
Tennis Fanatics
Tennis Addicts
Tennis Players
and all
Tennis Followers
have been waiting for!
The long wait is finally over, 2 weeks has passed and the
Finals for the French Open 2009 will happen today!
Yup, TODAY it is!

Just like any others,
I am 100% excited, over my dead body! LOL!
Just picture this...
A French Open Final without the King of Clay, Rafael Nadal.
A French Open Final, where Roger Federer is bidding for his 14th Grand Slam Title
and
A French Open Final where Robin Soderling, a 1st timer to land on a Grand Slam Final.. the one who defeated pants-tugging Rafa on a 5-set 4th round match.
(Im sorry for Rafa fans, that's the truth!)

Analyzing this:
Roger Federer, a "veteran" on a Finals match situation
battling with
Robin Soderling, an "amateur" on a Finals match situation.
So, who will have the upper hand, the advantage?
Answer?
ROGER FEDERER.

But don't get me wrong...
I also like Soderling.
Honestly speaking, he is my new favorite male tennis player
next to Roger Federer.
But at this time, I want Federer to get hold of that French Open trophy.
All tennis fans for sure wants him to win, for the 1st time after 4 attempts!
I am pretty sure even the Nadal fans would like Federer to win this one.
Well, not all.. maybe some.

This is the year!

As what I have read from one tennis fan analyst:
For the past 4 years, the French Open winner has always been the World's no.2
Who is the World's no.2 now?
No doubt: Roger Federer.

Federer - French Open - Fourteenth Grand Slam Title!

This is the year!
Go get it!

DAVID ARCHULETA and DAVID COOK Concert! - THE BEST!

Heya guys!
Its 2:45 am of Sunday, May 17th,
And I can't seem to sleep without mentioning here my experience about
David Archie and David Cook's concert
at MOA Concert Grounds.

And of course, being an avid fan of the Davids..
I can't let this one pass.
That's why I'm there to witness it LIVE!

And oh my golly!!
That concert was the best one I've seen so far!
No one can beat that show based on my standards.
Its the BEST!
Lots of people came, that's why even though we have
GOLD tickets... we're still far.

By the way,
Our 2 GOLD tickets are courtesy of Ate Rocel from
my ojt company, Philippine Graphic Publications Inc.
So, MILLIONS of Thank You's to you!

Going back,
Sadly, the GOLD tickets are not enough to have an
up close encounter with them.

But the experience, the screams and the joy that I have
experienced will be remembered for as long as I am
a fan of David Archuleta! haha!
I'm more of an Archie fan, so please understand if I'll be a little
bit biased for my stories.
Anyway, to make it more exciting.. I'm gonna make separate
stories about what I've seen from their separate performances.

Archie came in first.
So here it is:

When David Archie came on stage.. there was no any
signal that he will be coming any moment.
The only time we knew it, is that when the band
started playing the first 4 key notes of the "Touch My Hand" song,

and WOAH!

all people rushed and stood at the top of each monoblock chair,

blocking the view of those people who are at the back (SILVER and BRONZE tickets)
I can't do anything, that's why I did the same plus have
my toes tip-toed in order to see him.
I don't really like watching on the huge monitors on stage since its
like I'm only watching on TV.
I prefer seeing him on the stage, even though all I see is a
miniature David Archuleta.
But later on, I surrendered and settled on watching on the monitors instead.

As what I have said earlier, his first song is my
All TIME FAVORITE in his debut album.
I'm glad he sang Touch My Hand first.. and that made me love him more. ^.^

He is wearing a blue plaid polo shirt
(he do love plaids! I don't have any plaids as of the moments.. grrRrr)
and a pants, i dunno what the color is. haha!
Oh yeah.. he looks really cute!
Soo adorable, sooo nice!
He is just 18 years of age, but he looks young
Looks like he is just 16. ^.^

He is quite small, that's why the microphone stand
looks quite more taller than he is.. or just same as his height.
But, man!
When he enters the stage and started singing,
you can't deny that his voice, and his face, has this charm that makes you
want to just stare at him, smile, and say
DAVID! I LOVE YOU! ^.^ haha!

Of course, I screamed out loud when he came out.
Just like all the other thousand fans around me.
He sang well, he performed well
(with that cute stomping of the feet while singing)
and that stares that makes me melt.
Those eyes are beautiful!

"In a Sea of People, there is only you"

Thanks to the huge wide screen monitor for making
it much visible.

Good thing I have with me our video camcorder.
The one which has more zoom effect power
that even though you are quite far, you can still see you're target close.
I was able to spot him sooo close.
But with the spotlights overhead of him, all I could see is a
moving white man image.
But there's some instances that he became visible because he
is walking while singing.. so having him videoed is still worth it.

Here are the songs he sang, as far as I can remember:
(not in order... that's tough!)
Touch My Hand
Barriers
A Little Too Not Over You
Your Eyes Don't Lie
My Hands
Angels
A Thousand Miles
(I really love his rendition of this song.. him singing while playing the piano.. golly!)
Stand By Me
(Which is one of my personal faves of all his performances in American Idol.. with some part of
the song "Beautiful Girls" at the last part.. cute!)
Zero Gravity
To Be With You
Crush
(its his last song actually.. me melted again!)

I just don't know the other one.
Its on his bonus track that's why I don't know it.
So, more or less 12 songs, isn't it?
If you think that's quite a number of songs he sang..
you're totally wrong!
Me wants more!
All the people actually wants more.

But I think each of them should only have an hour of performance.
But nevertheless, his performance is still AWESOME!
Cute-ness is in the AIR when Archie is performing.

"What caught me?"
One thing really caught my attention while Archie was performing is that
after every performance, he has to drink water from his bottle!
I think like 2 to 3 gulps or something.
Maybe, he's just tired? or running out of voice, or breath?
Maybe both.
People around me (and even myself) laughs everytime he drinks from
his mineral water bottle. CUTE!

And by the way, before I go to my story
during David Cook's performance, here is a
Video Blog coming from David Archuleta
after their concert.
He is at the Edsa Shangri-La hotel that time.
He said that he had a blast, and that they'll be leaving anytime
this morning. awwwww... =(

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcTv4vLJ054

Watch it!
He still looks adorable even after the concert.
See that he is wearing the blue plaids polo shirt that I've been talking about.

********************************************
Now, time for David Cook's performance!
Here it is:

After Archie, there's like a 15 minute break
because people have to change the band set for Cook
since his songs are more of a rock type.
So change of guitars, bass and drums, perhaps.
People around me seems like they
can't wait any longer for him to come out.
Since the preparations are taking a lot of time,
there has been a 15 minute fireworks display so that people
can enjoy and forget about the long duration before Cook comes out
of stage.

After the Fireworks display (which is nice, by the way)
Lights were turned on, and David Cook
was on stage already!
He is playing his electric guitar, looking
so HOT!
He looks handsome talaga!

Seeing him on stage gives me a new feeling, different from
what I have felt seeing Archie performing on stage.
You know what I mean?
Cook has a different charm as that of what Archie has.
Now, I understand why Cook won the AI title.
He looks different while he is there on the stage,
strumming his guitar.
He is the ultimate IDOL!
He is HOT!
Lovable... Romantic voice
and Stunning stage performace.

I don't really know the songs he sang but he did sing
Always Be My Baby
Come Back To Me
Light On
Declaration
Daily Anthem
Life on the Moon

I don't know the other songs.
I think almost all of the people are not familiar with them either.
I think those songs are from his album
before he joined American Idol.
Isn't it that he had a band before being an AI star.
So, those unfamiliar songs came from there.

Anyway, even though his songs are the rock type
and it is literally ear-deafening,
just seeing him
on stage makes it complete.
I just forgot that its rock (I don't like rock) when
he is the one singing it.
He totally rocked my world!
If you could just see and hear what
I saw and heard..
oh how I wish!

From now on... I'll stop myself from ranting why Archie
didn't won the title for the AI season 7.
David Cook deserves it!
Its different from what I saw on TV and what
I have seen live just a while ago.

What Caught ME?
What really caught my attention from Cook's performance
is that he really got close with his fans.
There was this time when he really came down from the
stage and went near to those fans who are soo eager taking
pictures of him.
He let those people have shots of him (which is really cool!)
and he even got some cameras from the fans and
took his own picture (which is soo sweet!)
I wonder how does that woman feel right now?
She has a very close picture of David Cook, plus
her camera was touched by him.
I'm gonna sleep with that camera if that
happened to me.. haha!
just kidding! ^.^

During the last strecth of the concert,
David Cook and David Archie was reunited!
They sang together,
(but the song was just like "Oh..hmmm hmmm.." from the Daily Anthem song)
and say Good-byes to their fans both.
While going out, David Cook put his arms around Archie
like he is his younger brother.
Awwww... that's nice and sweet!

So there you have it!
My own fresh from the concert experience.
I can sleep now... at least I have shared what I really wanted to share from
the time that the concert has finished.
The concert ended at around 11:15pm.
BOTH OF THEM LEFT ME WANTING FOR MORE!
Hope they could come back again here in the Philippines.

This concert left me with memories
that are worth remembering!
I am a certified David Archuleta and David Cook fan!
(.^__^.)
Will post pictures tomorrow when I see one!
Share with you again next time! ^.^
