I walked under the rain,
Caught in a traffic jam
Stranded because of the flood
Realized that I should ride LRT-MRT always if its raining,
Tired
Exhausted
Sleepy
But still have to study.
Good thing I'm with my bestfriend today.
Where I can still laugh amidst all the unluckyness we had! :p
Imagine, we left UST at 2pm,
was at LRT at around 3:30pm,
and I arrived home 5:30pm!
Sayang ang oras!

Anyway, I just shared with you my experience today.
It's my first time actually! (really?!)
At least, hindi ko pa naman naeexperience ang sinasabi nila na UST island, where you have to stay overnight because of the flood surrounding the University.

General Assembly ng 3rd and 4th year Marketing students sa college namin bukas.
And sabi nila tatagal yung event ng 12pm-7pm.
Grabe naman yun.. hanggang 7pm? Baka mastranded na naman ako niyan if ever umulan ulit ng malakas..hehe!

Our Preliminary Examinations are nearing. Countdown

2 weeks from now!

And the schedule for our departmental exams are already given.
I was shocked with the coverage for each subjects.
Minimum ang 5 chapters na dapat basahin.
Yun ngang sa Marketing Research namin, 7 chapters.
Goodluck!

The good news is, we don't have classes on August 8!
I can watch the Opening of Beijing Olympics!
Yahooo! (.^__^.)

I'm soo happy that Roger won the 2nd round.
For some, it may not be a big deal to be happy for this win
but as a fan of Federer, this means so much to me.
After what had happened last week in Toronto where he had an early 2nd round exit, this win seems like a huge step into something better to start the hardcourt season.

I was able to watch only the 3rd set for I only woke up around 5am and I was shocked to see a score of 7-6, 6-7
and then start of 3rd set.
WOAH!
Luckily, there's a bagel in the 3rd set.. and it's a relief! So I've seen 6-0. Lucky one!
And then, I've seen again this one: I missed this a lot! It's like ages since the last time I've seen Roger soo happy!

I can't give a detailed comment as of now. I hope I can have a next time to give more worthy comments about tennis. I hope Roger will not lose yet! (fingers crossed!)
I'm having a major mild headache because of our Finance 101 subject.
I can't find any way how to complete our assignment about Loan Amortization table.
And take note, we will be having a quiz tomorrow!
HELP!

ATP - A CLOSE VICTORY TO START WITH

Roger had to face an opponent serving for the match at 6-5
in the second set in the second round in Cincinnati.
But Roger managed to turn the tide and eventually prevail
6-7, 7-6, 6-0.

"I'm happy I'm back with a one-match winning streak," Roger joked.
"I'm happy I could turn it around today."

Once our champ had survived the second set and struggled through the ensuing tie-break, the match was effectively over.
You could feel the relaxation spread over our champion's body like a masseur's oil.
Nevertheless it was a worrying start and Nadal could still become No1 for the first time this week, if Roger does not make the semis.

But Roger has survived opening scares before and gone on to win tournaments, and no-one doubts that he has all the chances to do so again this time.
Rogers problem was the heat, which causes balls to fly at speeds unfamiliar to those who have played the previous week in Toronto, where it is quite slow.
And playing Americans in the US can be especially dangerous.

Next up is either Ivo Karlovic (CRO/16) or José Acasuso (ARG).

Charlie Green

As what I've promised, I will tell you something about Charlie Green.
Ahora, Que es Charlie Green?

Here is his brief autobiography:

Britains Got Talent: Charlie Green

Charlie started singing when he was three years old when he got up on stage and started singing karaoke on holiday.
Since then he has continued to practise and has sung in various cabaret shows with his Dad on cruise ships and in pubs/clubs in his local area.
His proudest moment was at eight when he sung for Princess Anne a St James Palace for a charity event.
Charlie also released a charity single called Hands Around the World which is dedicated to his friend who suffers from Muscular Dystrophy.

Charlie is influenced by his father Roger who used to be a singer with the Black and White Minstral Show.
Roger now produces cabaret shows for cruise ships where he and Charlie often perform (not together).
Charlie’s mother is a Filipina named Cecilia Sumargo who originally came from Dumanjung Cebu Philippines

**************

He is here in Manila... nag guess pa nga siya sa Pinoy Dream Academy and he is a real one talented young kid.
I really love him!
I want to have a young brother like him.
Así que adorable!

Wala kami class kanina.
Nag-announce lang UST na wala palang class ang
college level at around 6:30am.
Ayun, nasa byahe na ako. Actually, 1 ride nalang and I'm at UST na.

Mahaba ang aking rest for the whole week.
Oh yeah, Happy-Happy!
Minsan lang yan.. kaya sulitin na!

Anyway, kilala niyo ba si Charlie Green?
Yung batang sumali sa Britain's Got Talent.
Half Filipino Half British siya..
Ang cute-cute niya.. I love him!
I'll post something about him tomorrow.
As of now, i-savor nyo muna ang pic ni papa Roger! haha!

Tama na yang Nadal na yan! :p
